Nov 06,2017I purchased a Marantz network player from Vickers through their website. I found them to be very helpful and the item, together with a cable that I ordered, was delivered on time. Unfortunately, the Player was faulty... It wouldn't turn on! I reported the matter to David, in Vickers. He was extremely helpful and to cut a long story short, the Player was replaced with a new one. There was no fuss or delay in having the matter rectified... In short, Vickers (and David) were excellent. I'd have no problems purchasing from them in the future and would recommend them highly! 10/10

I needn't have worried, since Vickers Hi Fi turned out to be a thoroughly straightforward Company. Goods ordered on a Friday were delivered to my door early Monday morning.
