Oct 13,2017DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! bought monitor audio w10 subwoofer amplifier faulty contacted to send back told me I had to pay for return postage so I explained to them that that is not the case and they should know that they give me abuse and put the phone down on me told me we are the ones who are in business think we know more than you about the rules and regulations well obviously not read the consumer rights act if a item is faulty it is down to the trader to cover the cost of returning the item

Oct 06,2017I was wanting a QUAD QC24P phono preamp. Their price was good, plus they are reasonably local should I have to return the item for any reason. Unfortunately their website does not distinguish between items currently in stock and items that need to be ordered in from the manufacturer. Hence having made my purchase via the website I called the following day to check likely delivery times and was told that it was a special order item. With that glitch out of the way all I can say is that the order was executed promptly and efficiently, the item taking only 8 days to arrive. They communicated with me efficiently regarding progress of the order and since I only live an hours journey away I opted to pick it up from the shop in person rather than risk postage. The staff were polite and my overall experience was very good - I even apologised profusely to them for my initial shirtyness over the phone regarding the fact they did not have it in stock. So would I recommend the product - definitely yes! Would I buy from them again - definitely yes! Steve.
