Sep 09,2017Great experience. Ordered on Thursday morning, arrived Friday lunchtime. Slightly apprehensive ordering an ex-demo media player unseen but arrived absolutely as new in original box carefully protected with bubble wrap. Obviously not the same as visiting your local independent hi-fi shop, unless you happen to live near York in which case you can do just that, but a pretty close second for me. Well done.

Aug 29,2017Great service. I'd ordered a network speaker as a present, but when it arrived I realised would be too large/heavy for the purpose. Entirely my fault. Called up Vickers HiFi who said would be no problem to return and refund. They advised on how to return and the refund was made within a couple of days. Would use again if I correctly order something/

Have had bronze 2 bookshelf speakers for several years and what a fantastic speaker they are but wanted a bit more punch and clarity so took advice and am now the proud and happy owner of Monitor audio Bronze 6 Floorstanders i am now hearing stuff I haven't heard when I listen to my fab tracks,punchy base,clean crisp highs and mids that I've never noticed before Happy days
