The player was delivered very quickly with free postage and packing. The whole process was smooth and problem free. I have no hesitation at all in thoroughly recommending this company.

Aug 12,2017I purchased a Bluetooth speaker online from Vickers but unfortunately it transpired that the speaker was not suitable/compatible for what I had originally intended. I hasten to add this was due to my lack of knowledge/experience with Bluetooth compatibility issues and NOT anything to do with Vickers. However, I phoned Vickers and they were quick to offer advice and point me in the direction of where I was going wrong (thanks guys) and offered a full refund on the item without any quibbles. My impression was one of a company with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff and of a thoroughly professional outfit.

Aug 10,2017This is the second time I have bought from Vickers HiFi and I have been incredibly impressed on both occasions. Their prices were better than everyone else's, communication was exemplary, and delivery times incredibly quick. The courier they use allowed me to track my parcel to within a few minutes of its arrival. I ordered a Cyrus Stream X Signature in silver which was a special order and although my order was anticipated to take up to 2 weeks I received it within 4 days. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Vickers Hifi. Outstanding.

Aug 08,2017First class company would not hesitate to use again,my Monitor Audio Airstream S150 was delivered next day free delivery ,was same price as Amazon £119,was a no brainier who I would rather place the order with.The speaker is brilliant,was rated best Bluetooth speaker under £200 by What HI Fi.Would much rather use well established family company's like Vickers Hi Fi than the likes of Amazon.
