Aug 10,2023The home was beautiful and the bedrooms were very nice. My only complaint was the entertainment room, which had a few broken or unusable games, the tv remote’s back was broken and it didn’t have enough batteries to use it. The upstairs entertainment area’s dart game had broken darts.

Aug 09,2023We stayed here with a large family group 2 years in a row. Houses were very clean and had all amenities we could ask for. Kids love the theme rooms, arcades and pool. Many of the arcade games were not working but most were able to be repaired during our stay. They are pretty quick to respond to any issues during your stay. Will be back again!

Aug 09,2023Villatel homes are top of the line and so amazing! The beautiful and modern decor makes the home come alive. The home was very clean and spacious and our family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The guesthouse is amazing too especially the ambiance of the pool. I would recommend my friends and family to never buy a hotel stay again. This is the best route to go as the home is fully furnished with everything you need and more! We couldn’t ask for anything better! Felt like celebrity and millionaire status!

Aug 09,2023Thes house was perfect, each room has a private bathroom great for privacy with large groups. We had 2 rainy days, but the kids didn't even care because there were so many games and things to do in the house. The recliners in the movie room are amazing, so much so that we were tempted to sleep on them. We had an issue with the microwave, but the team was quick to respond and find a solution. 100% recommend and will be going back!

Aug 09,2023The homes here were very special and the themed rooms were extra fun. the neighborhood pool, gym, and tennis courts, all made for amazing amenities and it’s in a good area with some good restaurants and an escape room nearby my family enjoyed.

Aug 09,2023My stay here was amazing. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed at to date. The house was as advertised according to the pictures. Even when we had 2 small maintenance issues they were handled quickly with no further issues. The kids loved the themed rooms and the adults loved the spacious kitchen and common area. I would definitely stay within the community again maybe not the same home because we like to switch it up. But we definitely enjoyed our stay and the home itself.

Aug 09,2023LOVED! House was so spacious and accommodated EVERYONE! We we’re able to all be together and enough space to be alone when needed ! Community pool was great with a dj and a fun slide. The community area just needs more parking. Also wifi was spotty and the smart tv’s barely worked due to poor wifi. BUT becayse was on vacation wasn’t a huge deal for us. All our FL stays will be with Villatel

Aug 08,2023This place was amazing and big enough for my whole family with an extra room!! The kids loved the games, the pool, and most of all their rooms! There was also a gator in the pond behind our place that was awesome to see from a distance.

Aug 08,2023We stayed in the superhero home for our family vacation. There were 19 of us so the house was very comfortable. We did have some minor issues, some that went unresolved, like the shower slow drained in one of the main floor bedrooms, we submitted a request and it wasn’t fixed during our six day stay. We lose gas on the stove but that was fixed promptly. We were also delayed an hour access to the house since the cleaning crew were still working from previous parties mess. The amenities were great, pool used daily, but on our last day I saw a roach 😵 probably time for quarterly pest control and the pool had baby carrots floating in it some on the area around it 🙄 not sure about that, but the stay was good.

Aug 08,2023The house was stunning! So much for the children to do, game rooms upstairs and downstairs. Even a foam pit for the littles to play in. The kitchen was amazing! So much space to prep on, 2 refrigerators. It was all around a great trip!

I must admit, the kids were looking forward to the new playground but the kids' themed room was a hit so it made up for it. We were so happy with everything and enjoyed every minute of it. So glad we booked this property. Thanks for everything!

Aug 10,2023The house was clean and spacious. It was 25 of us and we were not on top of each other. There were so much to do in the house that the kids did not want to leave the house. The karaoke room was amazing. The bowling alley was hit and the pool was an additional bonus. My only negative is that at times certain part of the house was hot. It seemed like they turn off the AC throughout the day.
