Ft Home Best Home yet in 20 years or renting Vacation Getaways. 14 of us . . . from 4 months to 64 years old, 5 family's enjoying 8 outstanding days together. **other than previous renters' shenanigans in the pool, fake eye lashes, costume jewelry everywhere, fake wig hair and 4 visits from the best, informative pool guys ever . . . we enjoyed ourselves immensely! definitely renting again - Can't wait to return!!! thank you, Mark & Kay M.

Aug 13,2023Check in was very smooth. Spacious and a very accommodating home. Every room was a hit with the family. Miscommunication on the heating of the pool/sauna and getting the correct cord for the Play station proved to be an issue. The responsiveness to our issues was quick and the staff knowledgeable. This was a great vacation and overall the house made us comfortable. We will return.

Aug 12,2023The house was amazing! Incredibly clean and had plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy without being on top of each other. Our group was mixed with children from 3-14 and adults. Everyone had a great time. However there was never anything said when booking about how many cars we could have. I’m a house that sleeps 34 people and with us coming from all over we had more then the 5 cars we were told we could have at check in. We squeezed 5 cars on the driveway to free up parking passes but in the entire neighborhood there were only a handful of actual parking spaces for us to park in. We had to park in other neighborhoods which was ridiculous. If having houses this big to accommodate this many people there should be a parking area located in the neighborhood or it needs to be clearly stated you can only have a certain number of vehicles. We were also never given a code for the community pool and fitness center and given a hard time about it which made us not be able to enjoy this amenity.

Aug 12,2023The home was spacious and everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom, which was awesome! The pool was a big hit with everyone, & even though it wasn't heated, it was warm enough without! The bathroom off the pool was a great convenience for not dripping through the house also! We did however have some issues, that should not have happened. The code to the front door did not work, & we got several different codes before one finally worked. Non of the televisions worked, & had to all be re-formatted by maintenance. The golf simulator wasn't working, so maintenance had to fix it. The Theater room had no sound, so maintenance had to fix that...the controllers to the Xbox had no batteries in them, so we had to buy batteries for it to work. The batteries in the smoke alarm went out, & the chirping from that woke everyone up in the middle of the night, so we had to stand on a chair to get it out of the ceiling, & batteries out of it! The dryer on the main floor cracked so loud we could hardly hear each other in the kitchen, they said they would put in a work order for that. The doors on the main floor creaked loudly when anyone came in or out, so they just left WD 40 with us to spray on the doors that were annoying. We had to call maintenance everyday with some issue...for 3 days just randomly the smoke alarm would go off in the game room, & last for about 10 minutes...we were told they would send someone in the morning, but that issue was never taken care of during our stay. I feel like all of those issues should have been taken care of before our arrival, by checking that all those things were in working order...Also, the outside grill was dirty, so maintenance had to clean it! we loved the beds,they were very comfortable, & the house was clean, & we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we shouldn't have had to call maintenance every day. I was disappointed that the kitchen didn't have any spices, salt, pepper, tin foil or anything like that, so when we cooked we had to buy all that sort of stuff. Loved the huge dining room table, which fit us all! The air conditioning worked great, & we all had fun in the house once everything got up & working properly....

Aug 12,2023We had a few hiccups before we even checked in. There were some misadvertising & misleading pics on the listing we had to clear up but Villatel staff was very quick to respond, took action & answered all my questions. Once we were able to check in, the house was beautiful…our husbands said it’s a dream house!! Plenty of room for 29 of us to have our own space & the kids to live in their dream world running to several game & theme rooms. It never felt like people were on top of each other. Every bedroom having their own bath was outstanding!! All the adult kids appreciated that tremendously. The private pool oasis was our hub of entertainment & just hanging out & relaxing was perfect especially because the resort pool was over crowded, mostly in the afternoon. I recommend going before 11am…parking was a nightmare. All the theme rooms were awesome & the theater room was a hit…loved the 5 kids theater chairs…nice touch! We had a few things that did not work during our stay…Villatel did send out a couple guys to repair some items but the pinball or foosball never did work which was disappointing. But overall the resort is clean & beautiful, the house was clean & beautiful and communication with the company was quick & responsive. Loved our stay!

Aug 12,2023I absolutely loved this home from the movie theater to the play rooms to the pool and jacuzzi in the back. The home was super clean. We did have a small ant problem in the girls room (the Mini Mouse room) but they sent out pest control and they nipped that problem in the bud. The pool was very clean and it was nice to turn on the Jacuzzi and have it heat up the pool for those nights the adults were able to have the pool our selves.

Aug 12,2023Great stay, beautiful, spacious home. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The only hiccup was we were given an out of date code for the wifi, so it took a while to get the tv's working properly.

Aug 11,2023The house my family stayed in was immaculate! Everything about it such as the decor, the game room, the movie screening room, bedrooms and even down to the bathrooms and closets! The house radiated an aura that was very welcoming for family and guests. The kids enjoyed bowling and even making their own beats in the studio area. There was truly something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. We even had a mock karaoke night using the TV in the living area. Overall experience was very nice!

Aug 14,20231701 Oak Blossom drive. The home was beautiful, very large and accommodated the 23 of us. Kids enjoyed it. My only dilemma was the pool light didn't work, the television in one of the bedrooms didn't work, the ice machine in one of the freezers didn't work and the karaoke machine didn't work properly. But I voiced my complaints to the manager Josh and he informed me that I would be compasated for these inconveniences, so we will see. But otherwise, my family loved it and we had a good time
