Aug 20,2024Villatel was seriously one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Planned a last minute Disney trip for the kids before they went back to school and this was the perfect place to stay. The kids barely asked to leave the resort and it was very easy for all of the parents to manage. Plenty of entertainment, a private pool and arcade games :) This is our new go-to place to stay anytime we head to Orlando!

Aug 11,2024I’ve rented many vacation homes for my family in the past and there’s always something wrong. I thought the same with this place but boy was I wrong! The house was perfect. It was very clean, and had everything my family needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool and spa were an added bonus. The kids didn’t even want to leave the house to go to the theme parks! I can’t wait to go again.

Aug 10,2024My family and I had an amazing experience at Villatel Orlando. First of all, the house was immaculately clean. It was a beautiful house; we stayed in the 6 bedroom home. Each bedroom had its on bathroom! The kids theme room was so much fun. It was beautifully decorated. The kids loved it! The loft was great! It had gaming systems, poker table, an arcade with pac man!! (My old school favorite). Even the adults got a chance to be a kid again and play in the loft. The over all favorite place was definitely the pool and spa! It was so clean and didn’t have the overwhelming chlorine smell. We can’t wait to go again! It’s definitely a great deal for large families/ group of friends. And only 10 mins from Universal Studios!

Aug 09,2024We had a few hiccups with appliances not working. The customer service team was very quick to resolve and I was impressed with their professionalism. The house was AMAZING. If you have a larger group, I feel this is the only way to vacation! My family didn’t want to leave to do anything!

Aug 07,2024Since the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly at the gate. We felt very welcomed and secured. The home was immaculate the boys could not believe it when they walked in to the room. Everything was just beautiful and so peaceful at night. Staff was always very attentive and sending us messages during our stay to assure everything was going good and if we needed anything else. Will definitely be going back and telling everyone of such beautiful resort!

The area has gated security for that added piece of mind especially in this already crazy world. I definitely will be staying here again with my family ! Thank you !

I even enjoy the slight updates they have made to the homes to stay modern and new. The customer service is exceptional. Their response time is GREAT! I highly recommend booking your next vacation with them!

Jul 29,2024We stayed for a week with our extended family (25 people) in July. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there were so many spaces to hang out and play in. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and game table upstairs along with the trampoline room and game room. Having the large pool so close to the family room made it convenient to use throughout the day and you never felt isolated from the rest of the group. The kitchen was large enough to hold all of our food and allow space for cooking. Mostly did takeout and hung out at the house besides a few small excursions; there was more than enough to do at the house. Super hot when we went but the AC kept up great.

Jul 28,2024Took my son and his friends here for an Orlando vacation as a celebration of their high school graduation. They absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for teenagers and well appointed for me to cook in. And it was right near Universal Studios which they to a shuttle to and from.

Jul 27,2024Our family of seven traveled to Orlando on last week and can I just say that our Villatel was the highlight of our experience. My kids are already asking when we are going back and my parents were so impressed by the decor, amenities and amount of space we had. Definitely a 10/10!

Jul 23,2024We rented a house that would be able to occupy guest for 18 people. These homes did not disappoint on size! We were able to all enjoy each others company in the main living areas without feeling crowded. Every couple had their own bedroom with an attached bathroom which was able to give each person some privacy. The game rooms and themed kid rooms were fantastic! The children in our group really enjoyed them. We ran into some issues with our pool. The heater ended heating the entire pool to the same degree as the hot tub. Despite this, the staff were very responsive and the maintenance crew was very polite. The community pool was huge and the kids really enjoyed it. They do place a capacity full sign by the pool when it reaches a certain capacity so make sure you go early and ensure a parking spot as well. There is not very much parking at the community center. The home we stayed in was very clean upon arrival. I would suggest more dishtowels in the kitchen or bring your own. There was a children's playground down the block and all of our kids really enjoyed it. It was completely fenced in so parents are able to sit and relax. The trash service runs everyday so you never have anything piling up at your place.

Jul 21,2024There is simply no way to describe the incredible vacation our family experienced in a few words, but I will do my best. First and foremost, hats off to the Villatel staff! Not only was the Bowl In One home one of the best homes we have ever rented, but the maintenance staff went above and beyond to address each and every issue in a timely accommodating fashion--never making us feel like we were troubling them. When renting a home with as many games and technical devises this home provided, it was expected that they would malfunction every now and then--especially when 28 people were using them continuously! Nevertheless, the maintenance staff was quick to respond--providing uninterrupted enjoyment and always with a smile! This home was chosen as our family vacation spot--not because it is located within 30 minutes of the Disney Amusement Parks, but because it offered the opportunity for all 28 of us to be together without having to leave! And it did not disappoint. The home was impeccably clean and incredibly well-decorated with comfortable beds and outstanding amenities. Every single family member made a point of telling me how this vacation was the best ever! With 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms along with a dining table with 16 chairs, a fabulous kitchen island with bar stools and outdoor covered dining visible from the inside, we could all gather and eat together. That's rare with a family as large as ours! I could go on and on. Suffice it to say that this gorgeous home--packed with entertainment opportunities (including a movie theater and karaoke machine, magnetic wall scrabble, pool table, Xbox, darts, hook and line, air hockey, motorcycle race, pop-a-shot, Pac Man, Bowling alley, foosball, table tennis, and corn hole) along with a delightful pool with a basketball net and TV's in every bedroom--it was impossible to be board here! And I can't forget my husband's favorite activity--the golf simulator!!! He was in heaven. In addition to the above, renting in this complex provides access to the clubhouse pool, lazy river, and hiking path --which we used very rarely because we didn't want to leave the house! An added bonus for the younger kids were the themed rooms--Pirates of the Caribbean for the boys and Frozen for the girls! Both had slides to get down from the top bunk!! I feel like this review is getting too long, so I will stop. I was told a good review contains both pros and cons. So, if I have to mention a con it would be the lack of dishtowels--hardly a big deal, but we did have to go out and purchase them to keep the kitchen tidy. Finally, with a family as large as ours, we ran the dishwasher quite a bit. So don't forget to pack lots of dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and the like. Enjoy!!! Like Share

Jul 19,2024HORRIBLE SERVICE… 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THE POOL TEMPERATURE AND IT FILTERING THE WATER WHICH IT FAILED TO DO, LEAVING US FORCED TO SWIM IN DIRTY SALTY WATER SINCE USING THE POOL WAS A MAJOR PART OF THE STAY. POOL SIDE FIRE HAD NO WAY OF RUNNING AND EVEN WHEN WE ASKED, NO SOLUTION WAS GIVEN HOW TO RUN IT. COMPLETE LACK OF ACTUAL SERVICE. BABY BOTTLE WAS LEFT ON THE FLOOR BY A PREVIOUS PERSONS STAY, PONY TAIL RUBBERBAND LEFT ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR BY PREVIOUS PERSON STAY, CLUMPS OF HAIR LEFT ON THE STAIRS UPON CHECK IN. WONT BE USING VILLATEL IN THE FUTURE.

Aug 23,2024Our stay at Cole's Cabin was a 10/10. There were 3 adults no kids. The townhouse was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and gated so we felt very safe due to security frequently patrolling the property. The pool isn't very large but it didn't make a difference for us. The features we liked were the daily trash pick up in a bin outside, the fencing that you can place in front of the pool for visitors with kids, and the high ceilings. It's beautifully decorated with large bedrooms. The resort isn't complete but we can see the vision and look forward to staying again soon.
