Mar 15,2024So much better than a hotel! This is my second stay at a Villatel property (Kissimmee in 2023). The development is still under construction so most of the amenities and public spaces/buildings are not yet open, but I was aware of this when I booked and it was not a problem. The unit was very clean and new (at first we thought we may have been the very first group to stay there). Security/guards at the gate were extremely careful not to allow vehicles through without identification/reservation confirmation. The location is PERFECT for visiting Universal Parks. The only negative was the lack of food options that delivered here, but no big deal because of the MANY restaurants nearby. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Villatel!

Mar 13,2024We recently rented 2 of Villatel's 12 bedroom homes and it was AMAZING! The houses come equipped with everything you need! The fact that you can get 12 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in one house and not feel cramped is truly awesome! We already talked about booking the same houses for next year!

Mar 09,2024I highly recommend Villatel. My family and I enjoyed an amazing stay at their Melbourne Beach, FL location. The house was immaculate and had tons of fabulous amenities. There was truly something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were huge hits, as well as the multiple games. The kitchen was great for hosting and cooking, and we also enjoyed the grill. We will definitely be back!

Mar 07,2024My family of 5... Loved every moment. We are from NY and it was nice to get away to some beautiful weather to swim everyday all day. Plus seeing nature was even better! I was able to relax and let the kids run wild! And hubby was able to catch up on some sleep. Clean home and very convenient from all the attractions! We will be back again! Thank you again Villatell for giving us a wonderful experience! You guys Rock!!

Mar 07,2024We stayed in a 4 bed in February and was more than impressed. I could actually live in this villa it was so nice. Paid the extra fee to have the pool heated (fabulous) and never waited more than 5 mins for an Uber. Mega close to Universal and easy to get to Disney - would highly recommend.

Mar 06,2024Best place I have ever stayed in. Super clean and my kids had more fun there than going to Disney. Don’t book any other place in Orlando/davenport other than Villatel. I booked the house with the poker room and bowling. Both were perfect for kids and adults. It was truly a “winning wonderland”!!

Mar 05,2024Really appreciated the professionalism of this company. The house was spotless and was perfect for the needs of our family. Although one of the arcade games was not operational, it wasn't a big deal and we understand not everything can be perfect. We would definitely come back to this place.

Mar 04,2024The house was fantastic it had everything we needed plus more. It is big and very spacious with plenty of room for a big crowd. The Villatel team was amazing to work with and very responsive to any questions that I had. They called me to find out how everything was going and to make sure I was happy. The pool area is great with lots of seating and activities to do outside. The pool had a little bit of a green color and not the crystal clear blue pool we were expecting that is why I gave it 4 stars but overall the place is totally awesome, would for sure go back and stay with Villatel again

Feb 29,2024Just returned from our stay at Villatel Orlando. The location was excellent, close to everything..theme parks, shopping & restaurants. The house was incredibly comfortable, spacious and clean. The entire process of booking to check-in/out was incredibly smooth, the staff took care of everything & made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Definitely will stay here again when returning to Orlando. It was absolutely perfect for our crew

Feb 29,2024We stayed at Villa Noir. This is a new resort and still under construction. Even without all the amenities open we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a few hiccups with pool heat and one TV not working. Guest Services was easy to get in touch with. The condo was BEAUTIFUL and location was very close to Universal. All the kids are begging to come back and stay again.

Feb 28,2024We rented the Princess Pad and overall it was good. We had a few issues that were taken care of right away. Overall the house needs some TLC...the appliances have seen better days but are doable. There is lots of space and fun things for the kids to do. On our stay the driving simulator was broken. The internet for the house is slow and some of the electronics need to be updated.
