Apr 08,2024Beautiful villa full of amenities to include a pool, arcade, pool table, and theater that completely surpassed my expectations! Enough room to accommodate 3 families, the villa feels like a luxury home. Highly recommend to anyone vacationing in Orlando!

Apr 06,2024The entire experience was amazing, every part of the villa was beautiful exactly like the pictures.The movie theater and game room and pool were the highlight, he didn’t even need to leave our villa had a blast inside and customer service was extremely helpful! Apr 03,2024We recently stayed at the Dazzling Dreamland house at Solterra. Our number one setback (and seems like a common theme among other recent reviews) was that we paid for pool/hottub heat, and the hottub was only hot a couple of days during our visit. The pool heat also did not work one of the days and it took several phone calls back and forth to get this resolved. Villatel did refund the fee we paid for the heat, so that was very much appreciated. We loved having all the rooms and a separate bathroom for each. My daughter loved the SpongeBob themed room, but was a little disappointed that there were no characters painted on the walls. In one of the photos online, it showed SpongeBob on one of the walls, but he was missing. Having some instructions in the theater room would have been helpful also.

Apr 03,2024Overall the experience was good. It could have been great if Villatel contracts with a new pool maintenance company and customer service management needs to be more attentive. The people answering the phones do their best to resolve issues but are limited. Pool temp and chemicals were the major downfall for the week. The house was spacious and clean. The game room/theater was superb. The pirate room was a smash hit with the kids. Misc items were addressed promptly by the service team. Having the playground right outside our door was terrific. The community amenities were great but they got to capacity very quickly causing a line to get in. Traffic in this general corridor of the I-4 was excessive.

Apr 03,2024Great space. Bowling alley broke daily, which was annoying but there were so many other things the kids didn’t get too upset. The team was very responsive to issues and they were quickly addressed. Nice family getaway!

Apr 03,2024Multiple families from our high school golf team loved staying at Sporty Sanctuary. The house was immaculately clean and provided ample space for four families to stay and have their own room. The Villatel concept is fantastic! Highlights included the golf simulator, arcade, shuffleboard, poker table, gaming system, and movie room. All were used over and over and were enjoyed by everyone. The numerous bedrooms and massive common area were all great. Customer service from Villatel was top-notch from beginning to end. Like many other reviews, it seems like pool and hot tub heat is an ongoing issue at Villatel…and it was for our house as well (March 2024 stay). No matter what we tried (including service calls during our stay), the hot tub would not get hot. Paying an extra $400-500 for the week to not be able to use something that *should* work and was paid to work when we booked months in advance was a disappointment—especially for the adults in the group. To Villatel’s credit, they said they’d refund the pool heat fee. All in all, a great stay, and we’d definitely book again with a large group! One last note: Villatel is located on the south side of Champions Gate. Travel to anywhere in the Disney complex will take you at least 30-45 mins pretty much any time of day or night. The Orlando/I-4 traffic is brutal! No fault of Villatel, of course…just free information!

Apr 02,2024The experience was not the one expected. The house is beautiful but not clean, which is a big issue when you have kids and its covid and flu season. The pool never heated, neither did the hot tub. Finally the wifi is a shared, nonsecured wifi that doesn’t work. So in general my experience was mehh. Not the best not the worst. For the value I paid I could have gotten a better place for sure. Consider when renting.

Apr 01,2024Our family stayed at the "Whimsical Wonderland" villa in Solara. We wanted a water-park for the kids, and they were super excited about the themed rooms. The house was gorgeous and clean - we really appreciated that. The only issue we had was with the wifi in the home. We tried to watch several movies in the theater and just kept getting a spinning wheel. Villatel was very quick to respond to texts, and had someone out the next morning. The issue persisted, and they escalated it to the IT department, who arrived the following day and put the issue to bed. Their response was fantastic - and we really enjoyed our stay with them.

Mar 29,2024Honestly, this place was immaculate and every staff member was awesome, we rented Betty’s bliss for 4 days and impressive is an understatement, I always thought Disney high end resorts were awesome, but villatel knocks it out of the park.Now the downside, which is two ways, it’s a minor inconvenience, but at the same time It is not villatel’s fault, but the internet was very spotty and weak, but then again the provider they use is spectrum , I mean really nuff said there, would be nice to see them upgrade to Xfinity, but also exspensive. But overall, sure you may have a few glitches but the staff is always zooming around the complex and they will take care of it. I will be definitely booking multiple stays in the future, you just can’t go wrong with villatel.

Mar 28,2024Wonderful accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen. Extremely clean. Lots of space/room for our whole family! Pool is a great size (I recommend getting it heated). Close to I-Drive and we made the trek to Disney, which only took about 25 minutes. GREAT stay!

Mar 27,2024This was my second time staying with Villatel. Home was beautiful and clean as expected/pictured. My only complaint is having to pay for hot tub heat.. seems silly to have to pay to make a hot tub hot. Customer service team was very friendly and accommodating.

Mar 26,2024This is the second year my college softball team has stayed with Villatel. The house was amazing, clean, and as expected. The biggest issue we had was that our pool was out of service and unable to be used upon arrival an stayed like that for 5 of the 8 days we were there. We did get 10% back for each day it was unusable, but with a group of 20 college kids, it was very disappointing to arrive to the house with the pool like that. Also, it would be helpful if some of the areas came with setup instructions for example, the bowling alley, the movie theatre room, and the karaoke machine.

Mar 26,2024This was the absolute nicest house I’ve ever stepped in to. From the moment we opened the door and was met was a spotless house with perfect ambient light and the tv playing soft music with a fireplace photo- it was welcoming! Having a bathroom devoted to each bedroom made every member of our party beyond grateful! We woke up each morning to enjoy the pool and hot tub overlooking the pond area and finished each day enjoying the open kitchen/living room with more than enough room for everyone to truly relax and enjoy! We will definitely be back (and bringing even more with us!!)!

Mar 24,2024Everything was perfect! The theme rooms were a huge hit with the kids. There were plenty of towels for both the pool and inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I actually need to reach out to find out what kind of bed it was because I want one now. The gate guards were extremely friendly and inviting every time we came back to the property. Location is mins from Universal studios. We had a blast and highly recommend.
