Feb 27,2024House we rented (speakeasy) was great. Place was huge, room for everyone. Pretty much everything that we needed was there. Shower pressure was top notch. My only complaints, although minuscule were the knifes were not sharp, the sinks took for ever to get hot water, and the pool temperature and the hot tub were both 100 degrees. They were set to different temperatures.

Feb 26,2024We had our kids and grandkids (21total) at Villatel for a week. The house was absolutely perfect and everything was just as described. We had a couple smoke detectors go off (battery replacement needed), and when we called they came right away. I would definitely go back to a Villatel property!

Feb 26,2024The home is absolutely beautiful. 30 family members stayed for a week and had a blast! The operations team - not so much. Asked for a bed request and didn't rec it when we asked again, they told us they had already done it. None of the top bunks were made so we were crawling up there to make beds when we arrived early morning. So service dropped it down to a 4 star, but the property is PERFECT!

Feb 26,2024The Elizabeth house in Reunion was beautiful! The rooms are well decorated and many things are thought of. The game room and trampoline were a lot of fun. The beds are comfortable. The house is very clean. The reunion amenities are great! Its location is wonderful! Unfortunately, we can’t give Villatel 5 stars. We’ve stayed with Villatel many times. There is always something not working in the house. They don’t inspect their properties and make sure everything is working. They wait for you to call. Our pool heater was not working. So, we were not able to use our pool for 5 days. We had to keep calling them to find out what was going on and when it would be fixed. We’d get a different answer every time. We just want the things that are advertised in the house that we paid for to work. They did give us our money back for the pool heat and customer service is very nice to deal with. They use Jeeves to fix and maintain properties in Reunion. There were many problems like an arcade game not working, oven issues, water pressure problem, refrigerator issues, pool lights not working, tv in the family room not working, etc. We had to call almost every day to have things fixed. Their employees are very pleasant. But, they don’t know how to fix things. They come out and look to make sure you’re not incompetent when you say it doesn’t work- but, if it actually doesn’t work, they say they will put in a “ticket” for it and they will call us. They never call you and no one ever comes to fix it. So, it begins to be less of a vacation because you have to keep calling them until you realize they won’t be able to fix it when they come. Overall, we had a nice stay. The house and location were amazing. Reunion does a great job keeping things quiet and no parties. But, Villatel needs to develop a better system for inspecting their houses and making sure everything is working before you arrive. We shouldn’t consistently arrive to major disappointment.

Feb 26,2024I came to Orlando with my family for a week and had the best stay with villatel! Their services are amazing and fast! I would rate this place more stars if possible! Even when coming with a problem with not knowing to change volume on the tv they were in there within an hour to fix it! Very fast at responding and just overall and amazing stay! If I come back I’m definitely booking it with villatel again and for any family coming out here I will definitely recommend!

Feb 25,2024Very nice house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids (and adults) loved the game rooms and swimming pool. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and flatware. Everything was very clean and comfortable, nice furnishings. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and nice soaps/shampoos and a hairdryer. We could not figure out how to use the TV in the movie studio room. That's too bad, the kids would have loved to watch movies there. The grill did not work. I think the propane was empty. The restaurant at the pool does not open for breakfast or stay open for dinner. There are restaurants and a few Publix supermarkets nearby. Very far (not in miles but in traffic) to Disney, Epcot, Universal......easily an hour or more drive each way to/from the parks. This was a big issue for our crew. The website said it was about a 1/2 hour.

Feb 21,2024Our second visit. What a gorgeous house, spacious, clean, everything we needed was there. The communication was spectacular, any time we had a question, we were able to text and get an answer almost immediately. The rooms were lovely, the game rooms were so popular. We had 10 adults and 12 children and we all had a very fun memorable time. Until next year....

Feb 19,2024Truly an amazing experience! We have a family of 8 and enjoyed our staycation so much we will back for spring break! The game and movie room alone make it worth it. The pool heat is just right! A must!

Feb 19,2024The house is pretty but cheaply and carelessly constructed. The shower rod fell off the wall the minute I opened it as did the curtain guide in the bedroom. The clothes dryer must have a hole in he exhaust hose because the room floor is covered in water whenever you use it. Construction noise awakened us each morning at 6:30 am. But the most chilling thing was when I was sitting alone in the house and some man who apparently had the code walked into the house unannounced. When he saw me he exited. I was too shocked to chase him down. We called the company who said he was on their staff but offered no apology or assurance that it wouldn’t happen again. Their is no dead lock or chain so you are at the mercy of whoever they decide to give the code to. I do not feel safe staying in this place.

Feb 18,2024The accommodations were fantastic and everything was as described. The only reason we are giving a 4 instead of a 5 star review is because the dishwasher didn't work the whole time we were there. We called repeatedly, they came out once and couldn't fix it and never came out again. We asked for some extra dish clothes and tea towels because our large group was hand washing everything the whole week and we were told that was not a service they provided. Other than the dishwasher issue, I would highly recommend this location. We have no issue with hand washing dishes but for the price we paid we expected better service.

Feb 15,2024Not the first time staying in a home in Florida, but a first from Villatel. House was well decorated, cleaned, and perfect for our entire party - mostly kids! Company is easy to work with and the ability to just TEXT questions when needed is perfect! Will be staying again for sure!!

Feb 13,2024We stayed the first week of January 2024, there were 23 of us. The home was better than pictured, complete with everything that we needed for a GREAT stay! Something for everyone to do. There were a couple of days that we just stayed home and "played"! The common area was excellent as well, with games for the kids, a huge resort style pool and a lazy river. There was plenty of security and the area felt safe and was close to the parks.

Feb 10,2024We recently returned from our Villatel stay at Melbourne Beach. It was perfect. Villatel was great to check in with us to make sure our stay was going well. We had one issue with the golf cart garage being locked. But villatel was right out to correct the issue. We will definitely stay with them again! (Actually, this was our 3rd Villatel stay)

Feb 09,2024Amazing experience! This is our second family trip here & we would love to come again. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The house has SO much entertainment for the kids & its own pool. The heated pool actually felt HEATED! Love that each room has their own TV. Quick/responsive texts. Only slightly annoying thing - they only supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom & like two dishwasher tablets (for a 5 bedroom house).

Feb 28,2024Resort staff are really friendly and helpful, even before you arrive and check in the resort. I had questions about my reservation via email that were answered promptly. The villa itself was beautiful! The unit was decorated modernly. It was enough space for my group of 10. Only issue was the fan in the living room not working and it appeared something was wrong with the A/C. The home was warm constantly and when it did cool down it took forever. Other than that, it was a great experience!
