Jan 09,2024We had a fabulous stay! We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay twice. We stayed three weeks at Harbour Island Beach resort in Melbourne Beach. Very nice and had all the comforts of home. I will definitely stay again! The staff was great. Thank you all for helping make us stay seamless.

Jan 08,2024Our unit was ready on time as promised. The staff was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The unit itself was super clean all throughout as if no one had ever stayed there. The location was very convenient. My family and I will be staying again.

We had issues with our smoke detector jacuzzi and bowling but the administration handled this very professionally and fairly. Given all of this I would highly book again in the solterra village. Thanks for an incredible stay

Dec 22,2023Our vacation was mid December. We were booked for the Trendy Treehouse. Upon arrival we were told the pool’s heating system wasn’t working (pre-paid for heat).They offered us the place next door, comparable to the Treehouse in terms of space but didn’t have all the niceties of the Treehouse. We found several issues within this house. I don’t believe it was actually prepared for guest. It was dusty, some of the showers weren’t cleaned. The washer on the first floor didn’t work, nor did the dryer on the second floor. One of the games didn’t function properly. The furniture in the theater should be replaced and the carpet cleaned. There was a very foul odor in the room. Other small issues were immediately addressed and repaired by an awesome technician. Aside from the issue above, our family really enjoyed our weekend stay with Villatel.

We had booked to go to parks but could’ve spent a week at the house with all there was to do - pool table, foosball, golf simulator, bowling alley - and a beautiful pool that was very warm! The rooms were big and our ensuite had the most amazing shower. A great house for my whole family (13 of us) and lots of space.

Dec 02,2023I had to call 4 days in a row about the pool heat, and also attempted to address the lack of ability to control the AC in the movie/game room due to a missing remote for the mini split unit. The pool clocked in at 103 degrees and was not swimmable several of the days with my 8 year old and infant. The hot tub was clocked at just shy of 106 degrees which is too hot as well. Unfortunately, we were barely able to use the pool which was largely the reason we chose a house offsite rather than staying at the Disney resort. The staff is nice, and techs were great, however we just couldn’t use the main part of the house that we wanted to. The homes are pretty nice, and great for kids, but again the pool was not usable and the game/movie space was frigid. Cell service is weak in that area, and the Wi-Fi was mediocre. We had issues at times rendering HD video quality. I would not spend money here again though the homes were nice. Too many issues and not worth the aggravation and lack of ability to use the pool and game areas.

Nov 28,2023We stayed at the Designer Dreamhome with 4 families of young toddlers. It was the perfect house for us we hardly had to leave the property. Between the game room, the pool, the movie theatre, and the themed rooms the kids were so excited all week. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more.
