Nov 25,2023The themed house made our first trip to Disney special. The kitchen/ family room/dining open concept combination was great for our large group. The photos on line do not do the house justice. However, there were a few opportunities: Two of the three themed rooms were a bit small. One room was too small for the furniture and the closet door could not clear it. Thank goodness we were not at capacity in these rooms. It would have been too cramped. They slept 4 bout should only sleep two. We did have to call maintenance a few times: insufficient towels for number of guests; dead flies (a dozen +) in the windowsill; two of the main TVs would not connect to the internet. The two gentlemen who came out were very nice and attentive. A couple other issues included the stove continuing to trip the circuit breaker (fix... just shift something to another breaker), baby bottle nipples in the garbage disposal (discovered because the sink became clogged); and a dirt ring on the swimming pool slide. The two arcade rooms were well appointed and a big hit with the adults and kids alike. We played a lot of shuffleboard and while it was nice to have an xbox and poker table at our disposable, those got no use. We loved the pool, theatre room, and gym. We could have stayed an extra couple of days, just to enjoy the house more, but we had a full schedule with a birthday party and multiple parks lined up. While the house needed a little more attention to detail in the cleaning department, this was a great place to stay; well sized overall with something for everyone. We would stay again.

Nov 23,2023We stayed in the “Nordic Nest” 6BR villa in the village at Solterra Resort. The house was beautiful and spotless. The pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey and arcade provided endless fun for the adults and kids. The themed bedrooms and playground across the street were also great. The pool was nice and warm at 94 degrees, but we had some technical difficulty with the hot tub the first night. Villatel had someone out the following morning to make the repairs and we enjoyed a 104 degree hot tub the rest of our stay. We originally booked 3 nights, but were having so much fun that we decided to extend an extra nights with a late check out. The only thing we might change next time is choosing our villa based on the direction the house faces. We had a perpetually shaded backyard and we were hoping for some sun. All in all we had a blast and plan to do it again.

Nov 22,2023I had an amazing experience at villatel! The house was luxurious with soaring ceilings, comfortable beds , beautiful furnishing and a lovely pool! I have stayed in many villa properties and this by far was the nicest. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nov 17,2023We got there and the house was even better than the pictures! My family, along with 3 other families, rented a solara resort house from Villatel and it was amazing! Pool was heated and fantastic, garage theater room was ALMOST soundproof (think 5 9-13 year olds blasting music and movies), and the ample amenities were just amazing! From the arcade games, to the giant on the wall scrabble board! 10/10 will be using Villatel for all future stays!

Nov 16,2023The 10-bdrm house was in a gated community which made us feel safe. The house itself was absolutely amazing--beautifully decorated and clean! In addition to the pool and jacuzzi, it had a game room downstairs and a pool table, ice hockey table and life-sized Scrabble board game! The theatre room was nice & cozy for movie time! There is plenty to do without ever leaving the house. I LOVED that there was a bathroom for each bedroom! 👍 The only negative--you have to pay a daily fee to have the pool/jacuzzi heated--and it never really got hot for a sustained length of time. 😔

We loved having the pool at the house and also having the community pool a few steps away. Our kids loved all of the fun things the activity coordinator had planned at the community pool. We can’t wait to go back!

Nov 07,2023Glorious house, with everything the kids could want to delight them (and the adults too frankly). All in great order and very well kept. We were right opposite the kids play park. Solterra is a nice resort (main pool a bit chilly in October though)…but good cafe / gym and other facilities - and took <30mins to get to the parks and other attractions each day. Overall made for an amazing base for a great holiday !

Nov 02,2023We stayed at the Melbourne Beach location. The house was beautiful, fun, and perfect for our needs. We loved how many bathrooms there were for a 6 bedroom house, and the pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. The movie/game room got a lot use. We did have issues one night with the lights turning on and off when other bedrooms were pressing the light switches, and essentially two bedrooms couldn't have their lights off at the same time. This made for a not-so-amazing night as we tried to figure out what was happening, but Villatel was quick to respond the next day and fixed the situation by giving us remotes. Just make sure to reach out quickly if there are any issues, as they are GREAT at responding. The resort pool and hot tub was also super nice. It's a zero entry pool, which my 1 year old loved. The pool is also an amazing place to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the activities by the pool, as well as the entertainment director. We had one day where we got to listen to music at the pool and no one else was even there! The walk to the beach is easy, and its not crowded at all. It feels very private. Just be aware that you'll need to bring your own chairs and umbrella. It would be great if those were provided. But besides some minor things, we really loved our stay there and would 100% stay there again.
