Apr 19,2025Good light,but it has a separate remote (usb) that is separate for some reason? As spider farmer has theirs built right in, including Bluetooth, so I don't need WI. Fi after setting it up. Second problem is it only has certain settings? And they are not very well set, the seedling setting with light at its lowest setting (25%) with over 36" away, still burns my seedlings sometimes and that is with a non nutrient substrate that has always worked.

Apr 19,2025I’ve never had any problems with their customer service or products, anytime I’ve sent anything back on the rare occasion I do I’m met with quick responses, and usually no questions asked other than info about the product so they know what to send back, big fan of the VGrow they’ve got a customer for life with me

Apr 17,2025I purchased the VIVOSUN VGrow system based on its advertised “expert support” and premium reliability. What I got was a system plagued with issues—wrong temperature and humidity readings, shipping delays, and now a loud screeching noise from the grow light that only stops when it’s shut off. Worse than the hardware is the nonexistent support. I’ve emailed and messaged multiple times and rarely get a real response. When they do reply, it’s slow, vague, and unhelpful. Their “dedicated expert team” is clearly just a marketing gimmick. I’ve had enough. If they don’t fix this properly and fast, I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and consumer protection agencies. Until they start taking customers seriously, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this brand.
