Mar 31,2024When the skip arrived, and when it was taken away, your agent performed as had been expected. However, your internal communications and your ability to let me know exactly when the skip was arriving, were abysmal. Firstly, you sent me a text at 7:30 am to tell me the skip would be arriving shortly and when I then phoned, I was told it would be late morning. Secondly, when it had not arrived by 12:15, I rang again, to be told it would now be between 3-4 pm. When that didn't happen, I rang at 4:30 pm and was told it would now arrive at 5:00 pm. Came that time and still no skip, I again rang and was told. "Within 5-10 minutes". It arrived at 5:30 pm. From my first phone call, I'd explained I was having to take time away from my businesses which was not at all convenient. The excuses I was offered for these delays wholly lacked credibility and were airily given - "It's probably heavy traffic" - causing a 6 hour delay? Certainly when asked, your driver categorically denied the truth of any of them.
