Jul 30,2024I was disappointed with the damage disclaimer that appeared to override all responsibility for damage caused by the pick-up driver. The damage included damage to the neighbours fence, caused by the truck prior to uploading the skip, which in my opinion was a cop-out. The truck damaged the wall and adjoining fence and left and unstable structure a m3 of rubble. to be dealt with. The company's first response was direct and dogmatic. before being more reassuring, yet unhelpful.
