Jul 20,2024I ordered a lorry, well in advance, to take away a mixed load (shed removed). Initially they arrived a month early but obviously left when informed. I asked for them to arrive as close to 12 as possible on the correct date, they said they'd do their best, I rang them 2pm and they said they'd be here within the hour. 4.30 they arrived and only removed half the waste though they'd plenty of room to take it all. Apparently there's a weight limit which I later found in small print. How they know what weight they've loaded is a mystery. They did not tell me when they either arrived or left, just drove away leaving half the waste. My advice is READ THE SMALL PRINT CAREFULLY. I later had another company remove the rest at a fraction of the cost. Reply 22/07/2024 - Strange then your staff didn't mention it and only pointed me to FAQ in response to my emails to you. I kept a screen shot of your original advert and cannot see any weight limit mentioned.

Jul 03,2024I ordered a 4 yard skip but when it was delivered the driver said it was a 3 yard. I asked if the 4 was not available, he said that that waste on line had only requested a 3 yard. I rang customer services who were really unhelpful and in so may words said tough. I can only assume that this is a sales ploy to charge for a 4 but only supply a 3 to make more profit. I asked for a partial refund but that what denied. I would never use this company again,
