Oct 18,2024Skip arrived as ordered, the driver was very nice and helpful and placed it exactly where I wanted, at the side of the drive, actually on a small embankment. I later had a query regarding what I could actually put in it, the lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful, explaining everything fully. I would recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Oct 10,2024I asked to put a mattress in the skip. I called and wrote it on the instructions. I knew there would be a charge but saw on other websites that the average cost is £20. I heard nothing until the skip was collected, when I was told that the mattress would cost £84, which I thought was far too expensive, so I asked that the mattress was taken off the skip. When I returned to the property, not only was the mattress removed but other items that were in bags as well as a bed base. I was not informed that these items were being removed. At the least, I expected a call to advise that this was happening and why. In future, please ensure that customers are kept informed.
