Feb 19,2025The skip was delivered very efficiently and picked up easily once we had agreed on a date. However there was a problem in arranging the pickup. I phoned to organise it on Monday and was told it would be picked up on Tuesday I phoned on Tuesday and was told that the van had been serviced and it would be picked up on Wednesday. When I phoned on Wednesday the woman answering the phone (on all three occasions) initially pretended not to recognise me, then told me I shouldn't be calling but should organise the pickup myself online. I found her truculent and don't know why she didn't tell me this on Monday. The skip was eventually picked up Thursday early afternoon

Feb 18,2025Easy to book and took bespoke booking details due to location access. Great price for just over the two weeks. Delivery guy was superb, really skilful delivery given the access issue and really friendly. Work took 2 days longer than planned due to tiling issues but WasteOnline sorted it out in making sure we were not first collection so could ensure we had the skip for the actual day of pick up. Great service, everyone we spoke to, both at the centre and both drivers were superb. This is the second time we have used WasteOnline and I won’t use anyone else.

The driver was amazing and so friendly, confirmed what could or couldn’t go in the skip. If I ever need a skip again I would definitely use them and recommend to all my friend

The skip arrived on the date agreed and I received a text and an email prior to the delivery to confirm it would be delivered that day. Then on the day it was agreed to pick the skip back up I received a text and email and it was duly picked up with no fuss. Then on the people I dealt with on the phone and the driver were a pleasure to do business with and I would certainly recommend using this service in the future. Thank you for a first class service

Although the driver was nice, we were charged a steep cancellation fee (£150) and the email claimed that we refused delivery, which was patently untrue
