Nov 25,2024Just used WasteOnline & can not fault them....! From placing our order online I was kept informed via phone & messages on delivery & when the skip was not too far away..... The driver was most helpful & polite & was helpful in placing the skip on the driveway still allowing us access to our garage ...... Collected on the collection date I had chosen & again kept informed of the time slot .... I have used other known skip companies which were not a great experience so glad we came across this company.....!

Nov 24,2024I’d have a book for the removal of rubbish with a full load van, and pay extra for prohibited items. They told me this van loads for 1 ton and the loading time is 1 hour. However, the driver came and said he only waited for 45 minutes maximum. And then I did not fully fill the van but he said that was enough, and drove the car without any notice while I was busy inside. Do anyone feel safe and happy with the services if you in my case? That was horrible.

Oct 31,2024The booking system is easy and effective, however the local skip hire/delivery service got the dates wrong and then neglected to deliver on the agreed date. The staff at wasteonline (especially India) were very responsive in trying to sort the problem out, unfortunately the local skip company were not so good.

While the communication is generally great, I did experience an unexpected charge for a mattress, which was significantly higher than anticipated. It led to other items being removed without notice. A bit more transparency would enhance the experience. Overall, it's a reliable service but be cautious about extra charges.
