Sep 03,2024skip was requested for a saturday delivery, this was not possible despite being advertised as such, so rearranged for Friday. Collection was then pushed to the Monday, this was a bank holiday so then pushed to tuesday. We requested this brought forward to the friday as building materials were due for delivery on the tuesday. Waste online confirmed the friday pickup, on the friday an email was received stating pickup would happen that day. It did NOT. on calling waste online I was informed that the Friday collection had not been relayed to the skip supplier and collection would be the tuesday - this meant delaying the delivery of building materials and pushing the whole project back a day at my expense.
