Feb 02,2025After 8 days I still haven’t received my watch. I try using the tracking number given to me. I track it everyday and the last update is stuck on January 28th. At this point and time, not sure if I’ll ever get my watch.

Jan 29,2025Got a good deal on the Longines Conquest VHP. Great shipping. As for the watch, love it! You do have to be careful on the cut to size rubber strap as it is tricky to maintain the deployant clasp directly under the wrist while achieving a proper fit.

Jan 27,2025After doing my research, I decided to order my Seiko Prospex watch from Watch Warehouse. The watch arrived within 5 days from the date of purchase. As advertised, the watch is new with the original box, and papers. All the protective plastic film on the metal band was intact with the watch tag attached. The price I paid from MSRP was a great discount. I plan on buying additional watches from them in the future. They have great customer ratings and have a BBB rating of an A+ even though they are not a member of the BBB. This is impressive, and speaks volumes to me. Check them out!

Jan 27,2025The product I ordered was fine, in a great condition, all boxes and papers were included and I was fully satisfied but only problem was that they sent my purchase with a long delay (not from Fedex). I called them and asked why I didn’t get my watch after two days and figured they didn’t send it yet!!!! However they showed in my profile that it was sent. They didn’t even apologize for the delay! They said we will send it soon!!! Better to improve your customer service part! Thanks WatchWearhouse
