Jan 20,2025I would like to share my positive experience of buying from WatchWarehouse. I was kept regularly informed of progress by the shop and courier. Delivery was fast (it took 4 working days to Central Europe) and the package was very well packed. I must also mention the good price.

Jan 20,2025I decided on a watch, purchased it online, and then changed my mind before it shipped. Watchwarehouse cancelled the order, refunded my money immediately, which showed up the next day, and then I ordered the new watch I had decided on. It arrived in three days, just as described.

Jan 19,2025Fedex left the package in front of the house for a couple of hours - it was supposed to have someone signature, but they didn't even ring the bell. Other than that, it was as expected. The watch looks great and it is original.

Jan 14,2025I bought a watch for my wife for Christmas, she didn't like that it was two tone Stainless Steel and Gold. She looked through all of the women's watches and decided on one that she loved. I returned the original watch for the replacement that my wife picked out. I have had a ton of bad experiences returning items and was apprehensive about this endeavor. The transaction went over without a hitch and we received the new watch within the time that Watch Warehouse had given.
