I ordered a replacement heater and it would t prime. I was able to get it primed after an hour of shooting water through it with a hose. I kept getting an error code for lack of water flow. After WEEKS of horrible interactions with customer service, they sent a new heater. Same issue. The pump is so weak it will not provide enough water flow for the heater to work. It provides a trickle of water flow. The customer service is not available by phone. It is days of emails with them asking the same questions and same troubleshooting. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WAVE! I have had several Coleman and best way spas in the past. The heaters last 2-3 years which is totally acceptable for a $400 spa.

The tubs are well made and the customer service is excellent nothings a problem,had lazy spa before but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to have another wave

We have had such an awesome experience all around from our Wave spa to customer service. Not all the time does one have a good experience with customer service but at Wave they went above and beyond. Sofia thank you so much for.

Had a problem with a heater, it had been constantly in use for over 2 years. One email to Wave and a solution was sorted and once the old heater/pump left me it was returned within a week. More than happy

New products can sometimes have unforeseen problems, at which time to rely upon the integrity and the customer service value of the seller. The new tub we purchased from Wave developed a problem that Sofia, our agent rep at Wave, took care of quickly with very professional and courteous assistance. This is our second tub from Wave and we love their products.

Fantastic customer service. We have upgraded recently to a 6 man Atlantic from a 4 man and even with a change of address the delivery was prompt. Email responses have been quick and supportive. As we have had such a great service our family members are also now customers of Wave. Great Job Wave Team

Fantastic service, arrived next day as expected, the extra filters were missing from the order but a quick email to them and were promptly sent, again, next day delivery. The hot tub is great, I purchased the 6 person Garda. I do have an external gas heater which I will be using the heat it but what impressed me the most.. I heated it up to 40 degrees and had a relax for half an hour or so then closed it up with just the filter running (no heating on) and 24hrs later the water in the tub was only down to 37 degrees, for context the day I set it up night time outside temperature was 1 degree with a max of 5 degrees during the day, I did use 50mm insulation boards as a floor for the tub I can see there’s no doubt on their claims of massive electrical savings are very true. Assembly was a bit of a pain but still set up in under an hour. So overall I’m one extremely happy customer

Bought a hot tub a couple of years ago and have no complaints whatsoever. Good quality product that did exactly what it was supposed to. Had a slight problem with a heater unit but after contacting wave and speaking to Sofia this was dealt with promptly and professionally. Then through a bit of a careless act of my own I damaged the hot tub after the warranty had ran out. Contacted wave to see if they could help me sort this out and once again they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. This company cares about customer satisfaction and its been a pleasure dealing with them. So thank you Sofia and Laurie, I would recommend wave spas to anybody looking for any kind of hot tub requirements.

I would like to say that I do now finally have a working spa, but ... Ordered on 17.12.24 and it arrived on 20.12.24 but one of the pieces in the box was wrong. Contacted customer service and sent an e mail with pictures showing what the problem was. They said they would despatch a replacement part. This part did not arrive so mid January they resent the replacement part. When it finally did arrive it was incorrect. The day after the first replaement shipment arrived and it too was wrong. I contacted them again to tell them to pick it all up and take it back for a refund. Tom then offered to sent the correct parts out and give us a 10% refund. I tild him I would chat to my husband and come back to him. I replied to his e mail later the same day to say my husband was willing to allow them 1 final attempt to get it right and we would accept the 10% refund. Several days later I had not had a response so I e mailed again and was told that my e mails had been marked as resolved but nothing had been done about sending out the part or processing the refund. The part was ordered and sent out and we were all happy that we could build the hot tub but..... We then found 2 of the poles were dameged and would not clip together so that was yet another e mail to CS and more waiting for the parts to be sent out. 6 weeks later we finally had a working hot tub and it is great but no way would I buy from them again as it just hasn't been worth all the hassle.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Not worthy of any. This company is selling defective hot tubs. I purchased mine in May 2024 and have had 4 new heaters since then. Won’t give me a refund. They are an absolute joke. The heaters last for 3 months then die. It’s a total scam! Customer services promise resolution and send insincere apologies but they never resolve anything. The grammar and spelling in their emails is laughable. Most unprofessional company. Do not waste your money!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Wave Spas is an absolute scam, selling faulty, low-quality products and then hiding behind unfair policies to avoid issuing refunds. My spa never worked from the moment it arrived—completely defective! Instead of resolving the issue quickly, their incompetent and understaffed repair team dragged the process out for so long that I was pushed past their completely arbitrary 30-day policy, which they now refuse to waive despite the delay being entirely their fault. Their customer service is non-existent—slow, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. They clearly have no regard for their customers and only care about taking your money. They knowingly sell broken products, refuse refunds, and waste your time with endless delays. It’s a total scam. Avoid Wave Spas at all costs! Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reputable company that actually stands behind its products. This company should not be in business.

This is my second Wave hot tub. A teething issue on the new design of heater has been resolved by Tom. Great work at a time when I’m sure demand for these quality products is huge. So good for poor circulation and latest models very heat conservation efficient. Dave in Chesterfield

Great customer service is hard to come by these days! But the guys at Wave have nailed it! Martha and Tom were fantastic and solved my issues very promptly! Customer service feels very genuine and seem to have actual care for their customers! Can't reccomend these guys enough and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I wanted to buy one but a friend of mine had bought one as well. They had some issues with the heater and the customer service has been appalling ever since. Now checking Trust Pilot I see a lot of negative comment regarding the provided service after purchase. Therefor I decided not to buy from this company. UPDATE: Wel looking at your feedback below I can imagine they will take you to court. So far they have been trying their best to get everything arranged and sorted but up till now you have been lying, procrastinating and not keeping any promises. So thanks for the AI generated feedback and I suggest you will start acting up and take clients’ complaints seriously.

Orginal cover filled up with rainwater, through the stitched seams, sagged, then collapsed under the weight into the spa. This is the third time of asking for a usualble replacement, I stil haven't received it, the spa is currently unusable as a result. Customer services do not read responses, and don't seem to know their own product.

Bought this item in June,wasn't delivered until August,used 2 times as the heater was faulty,reported it in September prior to this phone calls were made on how to trouble shoot etc and still didn't work so asked for a full refund to be told we don't meet the time frame yet customer services has asurred we would get a replacement heater instead of full refund,yet we asked for a refund via telephone call and email within the time frame. Emails have gone back and forth for almost 8months now so we have still not been able to enjoy what is described as relaxing enjoyable etc, what we have had is indeed stress, disappointment,and still nothing resolved. This is by far the worst company I have purchased something from. Now, we are looking into legal action against this company due to non consistency unreliability and not taking our phone calls anymore nor replying to our emails.nor has anything been resent to us on what they have promised to deliver. All we want now is it gone and refunded As we have asked before the date policy for a refund and now all quiet. Do not purchase from this company

Experienced a problem with hot tub pump not heating, emailed customer service over the weekend not expecting to get a reply until the Monday. Got an very helpful answer straight back with instructions on how to rectify the problem and what to do if this didn't work. These solutions failed to work so after sending a couple of photos a new pump was ordered which arrived 2 days later. Hot tub now running fine. Excellent customer service very friendly and extremely efficient 100% recommend this company.
