Zero stars. Wayfair products, customer service, and return policies are terrible. Use Amazon instead. Wayfair products are more likely than not to be damaged and useless, it's hard to get a refund, and if you go past 30 days and notice the product which was damaged from the start is getting worse, it's too late to get any help. Don't use wayfair. Use another vendor. We've used them several times and have had problems every time. At least Amazon's return policy is good if their product is bad, even months after the return date expired. Learned the hard way with Wayfair. We weren't able to put our cat tree together right away, because we were buying a new home and the closing got delayed 6 weeks. By the time we were in the new home and put the tree together, it was too late to get any help from Wayfair. They did say they would give me a 20% refund, but this was an expensive item that is total cheap rubbish. I chose to use them instead of Amazon, had no idea they would handle a return or refund so badly.

Purchased a leather lazy boy chair from Wayfair, manufactured by their manufacturer Andover Mills. The so called leather is separating from its backing, an obvious defect! Look, Wayfair replies it has been resolved! What a lie! Their resolution is go away! The problem the chair they refer to was defective. Plywood chair was made from was received was broken. It took months to get replacement chair. Chair was sat in less than 15 times. Leather does not separate unless it was defective or not leather !

Worst experience ever! We purchased a recliner for my disabled mother. She was sleeping in her recliner because it's the only thing comfortable and it's hard to get up so she needed one that raises her up. Do you know we ordered this on the 8th of September and it's the 23rd of September and she still does not have a chair and we still spent $500 for nothing. Basically we got a chair, none of the plug-ins match so we had to return it and they's going to send another one and now it's took almost another whole week just to ship it which the first shipment came in 2 days. You can't tell me that ain't some type of scrutiny there. How can you ship one in 2 days? Because we need a replacement. It's going to take a whole another week. Meanwhile my disabled mother has nowhere to sleep because of Wayfair struggling to fix anything $500 shot to hell and here she still has nowhere to sleep. Don't sound very nice to me it's horrible the way they do the elderly that is just so unacceptable and I've told him this and I've told him this and they still don't hear me. So here I am letting the world know how horrible they are. And I bought everyone's Christmas from here for the last 7 years. My entire family. I'll be double thinking that this time horrible. Horrible people and experience so disrespectful

30 return policy! Beware! Zero exceptions! Bought wallpaper and finally got the job done..Had a lot leftover. Missed 30 day window by a few days and NOPE. We are out of luck. At least Amazon will work with you in certain situations

I never received my order. It was delivered to another address but since it shows delivered by fedex to the complex with a picture of a building that is not my building, that's good enough. So as long as purchases are delivered in the complex, subdivision, city or state, that's ok, it does not have to be to the address that's on the package. They want me to file a police report and submit that. No I will not. I will contact my credit card company. Fraud.

I bought a table that when assembled, about a 3 hour effort, was too unstable and rickety for anything other than a plant counter. Further, there are streaks and chips on the surface; lastly, the table fails to provide grooves for the soft pegs provided to allow the table to slide. A litany of issues. Tried to return it but discovered the fine print is I'm responsible for paying return delivery fee. Will never purchase from Wayfair again

Frustrating Cancellation Experience with Wayfair** I recently had a disappointing experience with Wayfair that I feel needs to be shared. I initiated the cancellation of my order (#4301760962) due to shipping delays of over 15 days. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of timely communication from Wayfair made the situation even more frustrating. After I requested the cancellation, I received a notification stating that my order had been canceled, along with a promise of a refund of $199.50 within 3-5 business days. It’s unacceptable that I had to take the initiative to cancel my order due to their inability to deliver on time. This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. If you value reliable service and timely updates, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Wayfair really needs to improve their communication and handling of customer orders. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

Don't do business with Wayfair before checking the Better Business Bureau. They have a high number of unresolved complaints. With me, I canceled the order 15-minutes after ordering. It showed up and now I have to pay $40 return shipping. Wayfair even has customer complaints with The Federal Trade Commission.

I made a purchase on August 29 for a amareona 3 drawer solid wood nightstand...my order was cancelled immediately and i did not received a notice via email or any medium...it was revealed to me on the order a few days later when I checked the status that it was cancelled...I have been in dialogue with wayfair since then and each associate I chat with promise a speedy response...now it has been 19 days and i have not received my refund and it seems they take consumers for a joke...I even received a reference number (NACAR -697586) and they continue to disregard my request for my refund...I have been talking to them weekly and now i am told a different story...I would not recommend anyone shopping here as they have no respect for customers time and money....I only add one star because there no way to give zero star...I advise everyone not to shop with wayfair because they are dishonest

I received my package and when I opened it up, there was a broken plate. I’ve been dealing with this for over two maybe three weeks trying to get a replacement. They finally responded and said they would send me replacement so I changed my review after I changed my review, they canceled the replacement, they sent me a lousy 10% off which means I have to buy something. I will never order from them again they do not care

Still waiting for order to ship 6 days later. App won't let me cancel the purchase so I call in to speak with live representative who explains that conveniently for them my order is too far along in the order process to be canceled and that it is ready for carrier pickup. Pulling it out of the to be picked up pile is too difficult and I will have to pay return shipping fee to return items if/when I ever receive them. This is my very last Wayfair purchase. Their "sorry bout cha delayed order" attitude won't cut it.

I ordered, as advertised on Wayfair"s website, a Chrisna LED Bathroom mirror by Ivy Bronx. What I received was a LED mirror by Toke Shimi. I called Wayfair customer service to explain that I did not receive the correct item ordered and was told that just because the name is different doesn't mean that it is the wrong item. (???) I was told to open the box and see if the item matches the advertised picture on Wayfair's website. I explained that it is a LED bathroom mirror and they basically all look the same, but quality depends on manufacturer. I believe I was a victim of a "Bait & Switch." This was my first time ordering with Wayfair and it will be the last. If I order a specific item from Wayfair's website, then it is reasonable to expect that the name and description should be somewhere on the box or on the literature inside the box. It was not. Buyers beware.

I ordered a queen bed set 7 pieces, quilt 2 shams bed skirt and 3 pillows. Didn't receive pillow shams and bed skirt. Did the usual went online to request assistance. Got a rep Siddartha C. who was useless. Sent her all links for my order INCLUDING ORDER NUMBER but stated she couldn't access for security reasons. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told to call back. Still don't know how to resolve without returning order and then reordering. This isn't first time difficulty with Wayfair. It's time to shop somewhere else

I purchased a sheet set July 2024. Said I should receive by Sept 5th. Never showed so I used the SMS Customer Support & each time it said I had to wait 10 days. Finally mid September I called. Spoke with Customer Service. Lasania said initially they must not have any in the warehouse. Then said it was on Backorder. I told her I needed someone to HELP me. Put me on hold again & then said the set was Out-of-Stock. She suggested another sheet set by same brand in same size so I had her order that for me while someone else from another dept canceled my original order. A week later I went online to see the status of my order since I haven’t received a shipping update yet AND once again this new order of sheets says they are on back order & not to be delivered until JAN 4, 2025! Spoke with Jo. She first said the SAME thing to me, first that it was on back order then that it is Out-of-Stock. This company is HORRIBLE! They are not at all up-to-date with their own Inventory! I canceled that order too and will never buy from them again!

i. Hi everyone - just a bit of information to help when shopping - I purchased outdoor patio chairs - Donnie Patio Chairs w/ Cushions ( along with other outdoor furniture pieces ) from Wayfair and after 1 year, experienced cracks in the furniture and excessive fading. I took good care of them ( e.g. brought them in garage during the winter - live on the west coast even ). They are made from Acacia wood so supposed to be good outdoors ( and expensive ) so very disappointed with the outcome - they also faded quite a bit after 1 year. Called to see if they could resolve and was told the manufacture - Noble House Furniture filed bankruptcy - figures. Anyway, still see that they sell them so posting a warning for those looking to purchase. Have a great day 9/24/24 - Update: Outreached to Wayfair as they instructed and no response. Maybe an auto-response email originally received. Anyway, will keep everyone informed of the outcome to help make your purchase decisions. If you need pictures of how the furniture fades / cracks after 1 year, please let me know.

They have absolutely nothing figured out. My order was delayed by almost 2 weeks and I tried to cancel it before it shipped and they wouldn’t cancel it. They ended up shipping it anyways and it arrived broken. They made me pay for return shipping. I lost $250 and a lot of time. Please stay from this dumbass company.

On 7/25/2024, I placed an order from Wayfair. Included was a King Sized Horizon Platform Bed. Wayfair delivered me a Queen Sized Bed on August 10th. Wayfair promised they'd deliver me the King Sized bed I ordered, but repeatedly failed to do so. On the second attempt, they showed up with only the footboard (not the headboard or sideboards). On the third attempt, they showed up with the entire King Bed, but told us they wouldn't remove the Queen bed and that because we had not done so ourselves, they wouldn't have time to deliver the King that day anymore (they never told us that we had to remove the erroneously delivered queen bed ourselves - We drove from DC to Rehoboth Beach each time for these deliveries). they'd coordinate with the warehouse better to ensure the fourth delivery attempt was correct - That they'd deliver the King Bed I ordered back in July and they would remove the Queen bed. On the fourth attempt (September 7th), they showed up with only the headboard (not the footboard or the sideboards). Because Wayfair couldn't get their stuff together, I was told it would be easiest to cancel the bed and reorder. I was told I should donate or dispose of the erroneously delivered queen myself (thanks for the work, wayfair). I asked the agent, what amount would be refunded and was informed it would be $1,530. I asked the agent to confirm the amount of the refund would be $1,530 and she did (Khouanchay - Customer Support 844-261-7769. Extension 2763294.). I then received emails saying I was being refunded for only two of the three parts of the bed. Was told the 3rd would come that week. It hasn't. Contacted Wayfair 3x since with no luck. I believe I am owed $433.50 for the last part of the bed they didn't refund (I rec'd no parts). In addition, Wayfair should compensate me for the extraordinary inconveniences.
