Jun 21,2024I phoned up to enquire about selling my property which is shared ownership. The staff member I spoke to was really helpful and asked his colleagues about whether it was possible (unfortunately it was not). I was very impressed however with the effort made to try to make it work, and I felt that he really cared.

Jun 21,2024Be careful of the recent reviews on this company as they mostly reflect the initial property value stage not the final valuation stage, which grossly undervalues the property, I assume in the hope that having incurred solicitors costs you are then desperate to sell the property at whatever price they offer, which seems to be a figure plucked out of the air rather than reflecting the true market value. What a sad way it must be for their employees to make a living, just trying to rip people off when they are looking to sell their properties.

Jun 22,2024THey offer you what you want and then find ways, in our case to take another 40% off. 3 estate agent contracts. Endless evidence. The sales person didn't use all the contracts and information they asked for. The process was delayed for weeks. Its a shakedown operation.
