Nov 27,2024Quote given within minutes and explained well by person. Also given 5 days to decide and told timelines for completion! Have had to change this review, good to start promise good timelines and quote and then go back on everything. Quote got reduced by £47k after they got valuations which were well below what I was quoted by an estate agent before I contacted them. Have been waiting over six weeks for this joke of revised an offer and would not recommend using these, lucky due to their lack of professionalism I’m not stuck with continuing!

Nov 23,2024Avoid at all costs this bunch of robbers offered us £97000 in initial call then dropped it to £62000. After a bit of bartering we agreed on £74000. Then 2 days before completion and my house all packed ready to move to our new home they change the offer to £64000. They then tried to say it was down to local estate agents valuation which was funny as the estate agent in question valued the property at £115000 six weeks previously. When asked for proof of this they became very diversionary and we are still awaiting proof. At least Mr Turpin wore a mask.

Nov 16,2024Great offer for an instant buy house. I was curious on selling my house quickly because I wanted to move to another home, and they gave a great offer. My value on my house is £120000 and they gave me 85% of my house value which is an amazing price, and I wanted to move in my new house in January and they said there offer can be locked in and flexible. In the end someone took the home I was interested in, but perfect company if you want to sell your house quickly.

Nov 02,2024Not a 5 star because the price was not quite what I wanted. Nevertheless, if you accept that their business model is to buy under market value (and then some) they are fast, met the deadline I wanted and were otherwise a pleasure to deal with. Both Marcus and Ross kept me in the loop all the way through the process and overall I was happy with the service. Having read some of the other reviews, I do understand why many would not approach companies such as this or pull out. Be aware that you may well he offered much lower than the original 20% below offer. In my situation I had inherited a property so could afford to accept. However, I do feel that if they stuck to an initial offer (after valuation of market price) more people would use their services which surely would make the business more profitable? In addition, be also aware that you will have to pay towards solicitors fees (despite them saying otherwise). I'd give them 4.7 overall!
