Jan 25,2025Awful. I had a written offer. We deliberated all weekend only to be told it was an error and the offer was £150k lower. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They constantly bombarded me with chasers to sign the paperwork even after they’d admitted their mistake They offered me a voucher and still the reminders came I asked for an improvement in the voucher and they just ignored it. Don’t trust them Very stressful experience at a very stressful time

Jan 24,2025We were exploring selling our flat quickly and approached this Company for an offer. The initial offer, based on online valuations was revised down substantially after their appraisal, but we understood clearly that they were basing this on their likely ability to flip the property in a matter of weeks, which is their model. We decided to decline the offer and were referred to another Company that could sell it quickly, again for a reduced price. The information provided in writing was clear and the phone contact from the agents we came across was informative, after some follow up questions. We are grateful for their help and are looking into other options.

Jan 16,2025I needed a quick sale due to finding a perfect larger property for my family that was available immediately. It’s been a process finding the best avenue to complete quickly but Marcus and Chelsea have been amazing throughout, kept me in the loop daily obviously it’s been pretty stressful on my side but they’ve been brilliant and so kind and understanding to my situation I can’t thank them enough. We’ve taken a bit of a hit financially but they also did all they could to help in other ways, and that is to be expected when needing to complete so quickly. If you’re in a similar situation and needing a speedy sale/ completion I would highly recommend Marcus is straight to the point and honest doesn’t mess around sorting things and the same with Chelsea she’s been so kind whenever we’ve spoken. Other companies I did reach out to when first looking into this route were incredibly pushy and rude often just slating their competitors to get your business not actually caring or understanding to your situation very off putting.
