We had moved away from the area, so were happy to find a company that could take care of everything for us. We were given a price (which we knew and accepted was below market value), this was the amount we were paid, no hidden costs, no additional fees. The service that Tom provided was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, he kept us updated at each stage of the process and post sale kept in touch to make sure everything had completed as we expected. They were so considerate about the sale and really wanted to make sure their service was right for me. Never felt pressured or out of control. They followed up and made sure that all my questions were answered. If things change, I will definitely come back to them for help. I was referred by their sister company and both services were focussed on working together for a sale... obviously it’s below the property’s overall worth, but more so it’s about helping people in situations who need a fast option...

Mar 22,2021My husband and I had been given power of attorney to organise the sell the property of an elderly gentleman who has been a family friend for a long time. After months of not receiving any offers for the sale of the flat and garage, I felt like we weren't going to be able to sell the flat and pay for his care home fees. Fortunately, we saw the advert of Facebook for We buy any home and they rang me immediately to help me out. Although it was purchased at a discount, it was still a guaranteed sale that allowed us to have peace of mind. The main thing for us was to sell the property for our friend and not get as much for it as possible. Considering this company conducted the whole process from start to finish, with no fees, I do believe that the discounted purchase is totally reasonable. I realise it may not be for everyone but I would suggest giving them a call anyway if you are struggling to sell your property. This whole experience taught me how to have a little bit of faith and trust instead of always assuming companies are always out to undercut us consumers. Turns out that although they are the largest cash buying company out there, they are a personable and tight knit team. I was always assisted by the same staff members - namely Lucy and Tom - who really helped us out and reassured us with all our worries. Thanks to We buy any home and your amazing team!

Mar 18,2021A totally transparent process. Ask a question and you'll get an answer. The provided Solicitor was excellent and most helpful. Yes, you do get less than the market value but there are no surprises ! Sometimes a little difficult to speak to someone but an email usually solves that. Friendly employees who help !

Apr 20,2021Absolutely terrible! Had me sign a legal agreement (exclusivity agreement) and pay £1000 to secure the sale of the property to me. Only for me to find out they listed the property for sale with two more estate agents and allowed viewings of the property to take place, and more offers to be made! Then had the check to not only have broken the exclusivity agreement by allowing others to view and make offers but to then get someone else to sign a exclusivity agreement and pay them the £1000 fee! They then rang and said they’d had miss communications and had sold the property to someone else for a higher price, they refunded my £1000. Absolute con artists, the property is still for sale and they’re still accepting viewings and higher offers even though some other poor sod has signed and paid like I did. I’ll always enquire and make sure future properties I view aren’t being sold via webuyanyhome.com as I wouldn’t even bother to view! Have been advised to contact trading standards and to see if they’re monitored by the FCA, will be reporting to both for breach of contract if appropriate
