May 19,2021Selling a property is a stressful situation. As the customer you feel at the mercy of solicitors and buyers and sellers and need to feel good communication is happening. Chelsea was always available to help. If I called her and her line was busy, I knew she would notice my call and phone me straight back. She listened carefully to information I provided and was able to liaise extremely successfully with all parties involved and bring about very quick replies, often where I had failed to get a response. She delivered fantastic customer service at all times with a pleasant, polite manner and a lovely genuine approach. Her efficiency was reassuring and made me feel able to trust We Buy Any Homes throughout the process. Thank you Chelsea for all you did I wish you every success in your future.

May 16,2021I cannot understand negative reviews. From the very start this company makes it clear that it will not pay full market value. It is for people who want a quick, hassle-free sale. My buyer pulled out incredibly late in the process and we were desperate to continue with our forward purchase. We turned to We Buy and Home and they managed to turn around the process in two weeks for us. Yes it is lower than market value, but for us the benefits of getting our onward property and having a quick process far outweighed the negatives of the lower value. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and I would recommend to anyone.

May 14,2021The incompetence and lack of market knowledge is stupefying. First off, I should say I fully expect a house buying company to make money from the deal. However, these guys take low balling to its lowest level. Fine if you’re desperate - and some people are. I know the value and the local market - these people don’t. They failed to carry out a very simple instruction - not to contact the selling agent. The property was being marketed at £410k. Initial conversation with We Buy any Home was at £345k. Completed the paperwork to move to the first stage - and that’s where the messing about started. Their deadlines were missed, contacting the agent I requested them not to and then “operation lowball” started. I had said whilst I was sat waiting for their offer I had three viewings lined up and I wouldn’t be accepting £1 less than the £345k. At this stage I would’ve taken the deal just to move on. Cutting to the chase - a developer bought the property, cash, no survey, no searches at £362,500. Avoid like the plague would be ny advice. Edited to add following the response below, I was advised that the market valuation was £350k - not the £370k stated. It was quite clearly a low balling attempt.

May 01,2021I first started speaking to this company around four weeks ago. My sister and I are very keen to sell our property, but we need to wait for the person currently occupying the property to move out. We originally spoke to Lucy on the phone regarding this and subsequently spoke to Jenson when Lucy was not available. They both incredibly helpful and I’m really happy with the offer I’ve received. I’m still waiting for the particular Individual to leave the property but the company has been great in checking in and seeing where we are at in terms of the sale of the property. Obviously I cannot tell you how the end process goes but so far I couldn’t of asked for anything more from the team - so big thank you to Lucy and Jenson!

May 01,2021I had never thought about using a company like this before. After my partner passed away I knew I needed to buy a smaller property and move somewhere to make a fresh start. I’ve been looking around and found the perfect place for me, I really didn’t want to hassle of viewings when it came to selling my property. This is why we buy any home is a service that works really well for me, they will buy my property from me at a slightly discounted rate But it is a hassle free process that will make my life a lot easier. The person I spoke to on the phone was called Lucy and she was very sweet and helpful. I received an offer that worked for me and everyone I have spoken to so far Has been very friendly. I read the reviews on here before I made my decision and I was a little bit nervous as selling a property is a big thing. So far I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I would recommend anybody considering going with we buy any home to give them a go. This is the new way of dealing with house sales compare to what I’ve been used to in the past and so far I’m very impressed.

May 01,2021I have dealt with multiple agencies in the past who’s service does not compare to the experience I had dealing with felix. He helped me with the sale of my flat in order to complete within the stamp duty holiday. Very happy will use again.

May 01,2021I put in an enquiry as my flat in London has cladding and I am struggling to sell it on the open market. Our EWS1 has rendered our property unmortgageable and so we needed a cash offer to be able to sell. I spoke to Lucy on the phone and she was well clued up on the cladding issue and offered me great advice. Their offer is not full market value but it is a figure that may well work for us in the future. I received great service from Lucy and will definitely go back to the company if I cannot secure a buyer in the next few months.

Felix laid out every step for us, explained them to us and made the overall process very smooth. Would most definitely recommend. 10/10 thank you Felix

Apr 30,2021I am not normally one to write reviews but the service I received today was worthy of a review. I tentatively entered my details on the website, having never used a company like this before. I got a phone call within a day of putting my details in. I spoke to a lady called Lucy who really took the time to understand my situation (I’ve inherited a property that I can no longer upkeep) and I felt like she genuinely cared about what I had to say! I was given a price that I felt was very fair and reflected how quickly they can do it - as quickly as 7-10 days! This is really quite quick as my neighbour sold recently and the whole process took around eight months. Being able to have the property off my hands that quickly makes the service really perfect for me. Lucy was happy to give me time to consider the offer and I never felt like she was trying to rush me. After speaking with the other owner of the property we think this service is likely to work for us, so I will keep this review updated with how everything progresses. Coming from someone who was nervous to use the service in the first place I would really recommend it to anyone. Thanks We Buy Any Home!

It was a very difficult time for me and I explained the situation to Tom Hardcastle of webuyanyhome. Both Tom and Chelsea, who helped with the sale, were amazing and understanding. They kept me fully up to date throughout the process, even allowing me extra time whilst I was ill. I never once felt pressured in any way. The whole thing went very smoothly and I cannot thank Tom and his team enough. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Apr 28,2021My wife and I would like to thank We buy any home for their openness all the way through the transaction ,when they offer you the price that is what you get not a reduction of about £25,000 as we found with a previous buyer the staff were on the ball and kept us updated all the way through,Melanie was our first contact ,she knew what she was doing in her position and we were passed over to Matt who is a very competent person in the office ,he helped us through the initial stages and he was good at his job making us feel at ease promising no pitfalls then for the final part of the contract we had the caring Chelsea who also was very good at her job and kept us in the loop all the time and even went the extra mile when we needed extra days to clear our old property ,we both thank you all three of you for making the sale such an easy experience we will highly recommend your company to anyone who wants to go down the route we went .Thank you Brian & Christine Hirst.

Apr 25,2021Despite having no real intention of selling, I contacted this company to gain some idea of what I may be able to get for my flat if I decided to sell in the future. They were able to provide me a quote the next day, with a clear explanation of how the process works. Had a lovely chat to their analyst Lucy who had a very similar background to myself and I thought she was superb over the phone. I’ve decided to not go ahead for the time being due to personal circumstances but she has reassured me that I contact her at any time and that she can assist me when I’m ready to sell. Looking forward to speaking again - this company treated me very well as a prospective customer and they will certainly hear from me in the future!

Apr 25,2021Having lived in my house with my family for over 27 years, I had no idea what to expect and how the whole process of selling a house would work. Fortunately I saw an ad online for webuyanyhome and I left my details on their website. They were very swift at calling me and giving me all the information I need. I have been shielding for the past year and wasn’t particularly keen on having people come and go to value my property. When I first spoke to them, they took all the relevant details pertaining to my house and then the property analyst (Jensen Tudtud) on the phone said that he would go away to speak to the underwriting team and get me an accurate valuation. He even sent me an email with all his details so that I could get in touch with him if I needed to. He got back to me the same day and gave me a guaranteed cash offer which I am now in the process of considering. They are experts in their field, judging by the information I have been given. On top of that, the customer service is impeccable - they truly have great staff who go above and beyond. From the sounds of it, it’s going to be a hassle free sale of my property, with the timescales tailored to my needs!
