I recently sold my house to WeBuyAnyHome as it wasn't selling on the open market. Admittedly I had to take a lower price, but it was well worth it to be able to move. It also cut out the worry of the chain breaking at the last minute. It was so nice to have confidence in my buyer. Right from the start of the process WBAH made things as easy as possible, and were always on the end of the phone/laptop if I had a concern - in particular my main contact there, Tom. He couldn't have been more helpful and patient....even when I asked what were probably ridiculous questions! Thank you Tom. I'm not planning on moving again (!), but if I have to I'll consider you again.

I phoned to off load one of my investment properties as there are tenants still in the property and so will be unable to sell on the open market. I spoke to a very professional sales advisor called Eleanor who made the process seem very simple and straightforward. I was shocked as to how quickly and efficiently the property was sold and would reccomend the service to anyone with realistic expectations, especially during this time period.
Used this service for my mum’s property. The pandemic has put things into perspective so she is moving in with me. We can across this service on the internet and it seemed like a great option. They lived up to the claims they make, the process was really hassle free and quick. It saved my mum having to have lots of people over to the house for viewings and the whole process took just over two weeks. We both cannot thank the team enough!
I just sold my home through WeBuyAnyHome and generally had a fantastic experience. All the WeBuyAnyHome staff were great and constantly stayed in touch, kept me well informed and generally walked me through the whole process end-to-end pain free. A special call out to Jack and then Tom who I spoke to most of the time and were super helpful and supportive. The only negative was the time it took to receive the results of the survey which was done prior to exchange and completion. As far as I understand this delay was not caused by WeBuyAnyHome. I would happily sell via WeBuyAnyHome again.
I was a little nervous about requesting a price for my property as I was well aware that they don’t offer the full market price, but I was pleasantly surprised with the offer. Sadly the property I was hoping to buy fell very short of my expectations so I did not take up their offer on this occasion, but I will have no hesitation in using them again. Eleanor was extremely helpful and professional - a big thumbs up!

This was my first time for using We Buy Any Home It was easy, quick, polite and stress free I dealt with Tom H, he was knowledgeable and professional and made me feel that I was not just another number I was a bit wary of selling my house this way, but Tom explained what would happen next in step by step chunks of information. I did feel a bit wary as I spoke to lots of different people but Tom kept in touch and made sure that I understood everything, I would recommend We buy any home to anyone that wants to sell their property fast, what I liked was the fact that I did everything through my phone by using email and my camera to send documents back and forth and using docusign to sign the contracts, I didnt have to go anywhere to sign or meet up with solicitors, which takes time out of my working day, everything is explained to you even if your not very good at using the computer, someone will talk you through it I would recommend We Buy Any Home, but just to remember that because this is done quickly the price they give you may be much less than you might want, however there are no fees to pay at all unless you pull out of the agreement after youve alresdy agreed a price I would use We Buy Any Home again its quick and it makes you wonder why all estate agents and solicitors cant buy and sell as quick as them

We looked into using WBAH due to changing circumstances and selling in the open market was difficult due to us not having an EWS1 certificate for our flat. Initially the contact was great, I dealt with Eleanor who explained the process clearly and provided me with an offer at 25% market value. Please be aware here, WBAH do not do research into the market value and go off the market value you state. Therefore be prepared for this to be reduced significantly. Eleanor then asked me to sign some paperwork which enabled them to do a valuation and a survey of the property. We were given a sales negotiator, Chelsea, who asked to sign a client pack which listed more details about ourselves - all straight forward at this point. It was then we were introduced to Haydn, Eleanor’s manager who conducted a video walk through of the property. He seemed pleasant and told us he would get back to us in 3 days, 4 days at the very latest. I chased this up on the fourth day as I had not heard anything, I phoned twice and sent two emails to both Chelsea and Eleanor and had no reply. I then text Haydn at 5pm and he got back to me and rang at 6pm. He told me due to the EWS1 form the offer would not be where we wanted and told me to go with their sister company, SOLD. We asked for the figure what he could offer, he could not give this to us. Why on earth he came on that call without a figure baffled me. He said he would come back the next day with a figure. Haydn rang us the next day with a figure and more details - basically the information which should have been supplied the day before. He then told us to go with the sister company SOLD, gave us more details and said his colleague would be in touch. His colleague did contact me the next day but has failed to get in touch since, I’ve rang daily, sent emails to Haydn and team and been ignored. Not once have they got back to me. Is this really a way to handle your prospective clients? Anyone using WBAH services needs a quick sale so excellent customer service is a must. The customer service that WBAH provided was appalling, and I would not recommend them at all. It appears unless they are very interested in your property, they give a very poor service and ignore you. I would think long and hard before using them, and look at their competitors if you need this kind of service. The same applies to SOLD, the customer service there appears to be even worse!
