Jun 30,2021My elderly mother needed to move into a care home due to her mobility problems growing worse in the last few years. We needed to sell up her property to get the money we needed for care home fees (which are so expensive!?) and We Buy Any Home came up on our initial google searches. They gave us a good price and said they could do it within 10-14 days. This sounded a bit good to be true but low and behold, here I am two weeks later, everything is completed and we have the funds in the bank. I really could not have asked for anything more from this company. Thanks from me and my Mum

Jun 30,2021I really can't recommend this company enough. I'd been renting my property for years and at my age being a landlord was just becoming too much - I want to enjoy my retirement in peace! As a shot in the dark I contacted We Buy Any Home to see what they would offer for my property. They said they could get everything ready and complete on the property as soon as my tenant had moved out, and they gave me a good price of around 85% of the market value of the property. This seemed ideal to me - I wanted a hassle free process but a decent price for the property and We Buy Any Home offered me both. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, I now have the property off my hands with a nice bit of money for my retirement. Fantastic service, thank you to the team at We Buy Any Home!

A tremendous team effort. Everything went very smoothly for us and as a result of a quick and reliable sale of our beloved first little house we were able to go onto secure the purchase our forever family home. Jun 24,2021After the buyer on our property pulling out of the deal last minute, I was in an extremely difficult position to find a 'cash buyer' in order to save our chain so that we can complete on our onward purchase. I had researched online cash buyers around the UK and found WeBuyAnyHome (WBAH), amongst various other companies. The reason I chose to go with WBAH is because of their extremely friendly sales team, the positive reviews on TrustPilot, the highest initial offer received and because of the timeframe in which they could complete the transaction. I can honestly say that without WBAH, we would not have been able to complete our transaction and they saved our deal. Throughout the process, it was extremely painful to communicate with my solicitor, but WBAH's team are extremely responsive and kept me updated throughout (which is what I appreciated the most). They had also contributed towards the cost of my legal costs which I thought was great. I had dealt with Abbas initially (who gave the indicative offer), then Chelsea who helped with the onboarding / general questions and then Tom who managed the deal to completion. They were all extremely attentive, professional and approachable individuals. They are very speedy on email responses, as well as always returning my calls (something I definitely didn't experience with the conveyancer!). We had simultaneous exchange/completion of our sell-side (to WBAH) and buy-side for our new property on the same day. Despite there being delays on our buy-side, WBAH were extremely patient and allowed us to progress through our enquiries. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing they were waiting and ready to complete as soon as they had the green light (they were in a position to complete within 10 days). Overall, we are extremely happy and now own our dream property thanks to WBAH saving this chain!

Jun 21,2021My elderly parents failed at the same time with ill health. I needed to realise cash quickly from their home in order to finance a solution for them. (Care home and new flat). The sale of the house was a priority in order to move things forward. After some valuations from estate agents (who weren't too convincing) I decided to search the internet and I came across this company. It being an emotional time I was so impressed with the customer service from the accounts team. They have a simple process map to follow and key documents were sent electronically to sign. Trust is everything and I found them to be completely trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. When I informed them that I was finding things difficult with the passing of my father. They moved things quickly on my behalf and completed the sale with a quick transfer for funds to assist us in our situation. I am so glad I went with them. Thanks again, Haydn and Abby.

Jun 17,2021I came across We Buy Any Home whilst researching to sell my parents house which I inherited. I was sceptical at first and was told to beware they would not give me a very good price but I wanted to sell quickly and so went ahead. They gave me a fair price considering the state of the property and throughout the whole process they were extremely courteous and communication with them was excellent in particular Chelsea Patterson who telephoned and emailed regularly throughout. The whole process was completed within four weeks and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quick sale.

Jun 07,2021I have to apologise to Eleanor Matthews of we buy any home.com for my rather childish outburst on Friday the 4th of June. The criticism I made was incorrect & unfair! There is a saying that "We mellow with age!" Insofar as this 82 year old is concerned, I am afraid this is entirely untrue! My wife Alma often remarks that the lead role in "one foot in the grave" uses my good self as the role model!

I’d had my property as a buy to let for a good few years and just wanted rid of it. May 25,2021Great service to start with, they made it sound so easy, but they then proceeded to waste nearly a month with promises of investors and cash offers that either never transpired or were rescinded. Initially used sister company SOLD.co.uk to get a higher value for our home but the agent was unprofessional and lacked any local knowledge. It felt like a set up for getting us to the lower cash offer, which we ended up accepting after we found somewhere we wanted to buy. We were told it would take a week to complete the sale in cash and a week later the delays started and soon I couldn't get hold of anyone. Having started with one contact initially we were then suddenly dealing with 2/3 people and no one responded to us. Then at the 11th hour they dropped the cash offer by £50,000 knowing we were further down the road with our purchase. We had to pull out of the sale and the chain collapsed causing us to lose our new property.

Spoke to a lady called Eleanor she was very helpful and informed me clearly of the options that were available in not only webuyanyhome service but also alternative methods to get my house sold quicker than the open market. I'm not looking to sell right now definitely will get back in contact with them when I am ready though.
