Sep 01,2021If you want a guaranteed, genuine, quick sale WBAH is the way forward but you have to be realistic! You are not going to get anywhere near market value for your property as they have to make a profit. We live overseas and we sold our property in the UK without having to get on a plane. The process was done and dusted in 2 weeks with no solicitor or agency fees to pay. They kept us well informed and addressed any concerns we had during the process. We were happy with the end result.

Aug 17,2021I sold my home on WBAH as I was relocating abroad. The process was quick, straightforward amd I got an offer on my home in less than 2 weeks, exactly as planned. The advisor supporting me in the process, Tom, was knowledgeable, attentive and professional and supported me throughout the process. The sale went through ok and I am satisfied with the service provided and would be happy to recommend it. To improve I would say communication between WBAH and solicitors as there was a slight delay in receiving funds but overall all great

We were kept informed throughout the process and from the initial contact to completion, it was just 14 days. This is exactly what we needed and we cannot fault the sale process at all.

Aug 14,2021Unlike some I don’t think they do what they say. My recent experience has been poor. The initial call Lucy is lovely and was encouraging and pleasant, there I’m hooked already. She talked me through what we could expect given the valuation I gave her based on the average of 6 estate agents, right in the middle. The next stage Tom introduced himself, again pleasant and friendly, still there on the end of the rod. They instructed an independent assessor. Now he was very nice indeed and thorough so doing a good job. This is where it starts to go wrong. He has written a report and we don’t get to see it but I think mine was favourable to be fair. The company then contact two local agents and then phone me to tell me the valuation came in lower than I said. Tom then asked if there was any wiggle room in the price they quoted and I said there could be if he lets me know what they are offering. I was able to tell Tom who they would have been as one agent phoned me immediately to say they wanted to have our house on their books and gave me a higher quote than they had told WBAH. The second is known for pricing low to get quick sales. I could counter that with emails from other agents but WBAH didn’t want to listen. I suggested a totally independent estate agent but not heard and not acted on. Some days later Tom called to say the offer is not in the 400s but low 300s. He then said he had told me this. Where the heck is £100000+ wiggle room? I would have thought £10000-£20000 is wiggle room that offer is insulting and slashed. Anyway I still do not know the exact figure as Tom wouldn’t say he just kept saying low 300s. I know they have to make a profit but this is fleecing at its best and I say DO NOT TOUCH unless you are desperate and I mean desperate. Disgraceful practice

Aug 10,2021Quick and easy without too much fuss. The figure you get early on is not necessarily the final figure; that only comes after all surveys etc are done, but you don't have to commit yourself until a final figure is offered. Communications are very good throughout the process and there is not much to do as WBAH does all the work for you. If you want a quick sale and can afford to sell at a lower price than you may through the traditional means, this is for you.

Aug 10,2021My wife and I were faced with selling my parents’ house after Alzheimer’s Disease forced them to move into a care home. The house was in a poor state and I couldn’t see a way to sell it without incurring huge bills. I've got to admit I was a bit dubious but they made an initial offer which they subsequently reduced after their survey. Of course I expected this. I was then given an amended offer which I accepted owing to it being in my expected range. It was quite a painless excercise and proceeded to completion without any hitches in a very professional manner.

Aug 09,2021We used We Buy Any Home to sell our flat. The process was really smooth. It took us longer than we expected because of the cladding regulations affecting the properties at the moment but we were really happy to be able sell and to get on with our lives. I am sure we could and achieved more had we waited and sold privately but frankly speaking that would have taken years. I think the true test of any decision like this is would you make it again now you know the outcome? In this instance my answer would be YES.

Jul 14,2021Though I was at first somewhat sceptical about the claims made in their ad it turned out they were able to expedite the process of buying my property exactly as set out on their website. Their staff are friendly and efficient, and as a seller, I was spared the vast majority of the paperwork and all of the legal fees normally associated selling a property. Also, most importantly for me, the sale was quick. I didn't have to deal with lot's of viewings or wait months for potential buyers to sort out whatever chains they were in. In summary, if you're looking for a quick, uncomplicated sale these are your go to people.
