Excellent customer service. Needed to purchase an additional ticket for an event but to do so online, I was required to purchase an unnecessary accompanying ticket. Emailed We Got Tickets late on Friday and received a very helpful response from Will within a day. The email provided me with a specialised link, enabling me to purchase what I needed. Quick, simple and hassle free. I wish everything could be this easy.

Had an issue with a confirmation email which turned out to be a spelling error in the email address I gave. Quick hassle free response to my mistake when booking
This booking system is about as advanced as a mid 80’s fax machine. No auto population. Can’t work out the type of card from the number, and how clunky does a website need to be. The server must actually run on vinyl. Great if you want a retro experience, not if your on the fly and operating on this side of the millennium.

I booked tickets for a gig which was all ok. The band then decided to add an extra date. This date was better for me. I contacted WeGotTickets to ask if it were possible to swap my tickets for the new date and they did this for me promptly, without any fuss. Good service.
I emailed about not being able to find my confirmation email and tickets and Zin got back to me in the hour and tickets were attached. A great service.
