We honestly thought it was an open air festival. I couldn't see the band playing, I only heard them. We left after an hour. So hot and stuffy in the tent. Very disappointed 😞

Great third party ticket solution for small independent event organisers- I had a major pain in the ass request (change to another film then u-turn back to original film) and they effortlessly accommodated me both times. Very quick response time too Highly recommend these guys (they are like the opposite of the totally useless Booking.scam)
What a way to make money! I bought 4 tickets for a gig in Bristol that was later cancelled. These con men to be refunded the ticket cost of £60.00 but, have found a way NOT to pay back the booking fee. If the concert was cancelled the purchaser should get the full amount payed back into their account. I seems easy money for them to take peoples money and then keep it. £1.50 per ticket don't seem a lot, but, when they are doing this tens of thousands of cancelled tickets it soon adds up in their pockets, and the only losers are the innocent people who was forced to pay the charge and have got nothing in return.
First time user for WeGotTickets. All went smoothly until the gig was cancelled. First the gig was postponed .... the date was selected as it was bought for a birthday and I invited friends. We were not too sure about the "unknown" date ..as holidays were booked we were not too sure we all could make it...well few days later, we were told it was cancelled. Yes, the refund was quick though shocked by the admin fee taken :( if I can avoid this platform I will!! I attended a lot of shows and this is the fist time it happens...yes I do understand it was a secure transaction which requires an admin fee .... though it was cancelled on your hand ...and if affected people (time, arrangement, etc). Reply to WeGotTickets: you are a business, the fee (credit card fee incurred) you paid was part of the money you are putting aside for cancelled events. I paid for a service (tickets to see a show) which was not delivered. Money (fee) was taken and nothing was provided ...on top of the inconvenience, re-arranging things, time lost, etc.
I misplaced my original tickets to a forthcoming event. A simple E Mail to WeGotTickets was all it took to obtain a replacement. This was received within 48 hours of my contacting them which included it being over a weekend. Prompt response resolved the issue and removed element of stress which I was experiencing. Great service.

The Event I booked tickets for has been cancelled so a refund has been issued as expected. Then I realised they deducted £7.50 from my refund for “fees”! They say “simple, honest ticketing” yet they are far from honest and are screwing customers out of their hard earned money.

Vile. Refused a refund on a gig that isn't for another 4 months, it's not sold out, after I found out I'm terminally ill they refused to give me my money back on the day I purchased the tickets, same day I found out my life had changed drastically. Thanks for the support.

I never got my ticket so couldn't attend the gig. Contacted Cs said they'd send again still never received it missed gig. I contacted them again asking for a refund bc I didn't receive goods they said oh it was a misspelt email, yeah ok. I don't think I would have misspelt it twice! Bs Service first and last time I'll be using "We Got Tickets" what a scam!

Jul 28,2023I made an error when buying my tickets and realised almost immediately and contacted them to try and resolve. I have recently suffered a bereavement, the tickets were for my birthday, it took a lot of persuasion from my partner to even buy them and needless to say I wasn't really thinking very clearly when I bought them. I messaged wegottickets to not even ask for my refund but just credit so I could use it for a different time, the business would have suffered no detriment, whilst I do understand it was my error and therefore they didn't have to help, I don't think you can describe yourselves as 'the good guys' if you are not willing to help someone out who made a genuine mistake and is going through a tough time. Needless to say, I won't be celebrating my birthday now, cheers wegottickets, thanks for your compassion.
