Apr 29,2022Shipping was fast but because of global supply chain issues the product selection was greatly reduced. I ordered a large saddle bag which turned out to be too large, so I had to return it. The features on the bag were less than optimum, so I purchased a replacement bag at a local bike shop.

Throughout that time I’ve personally contacted them a handful of times to make changes to my orders and they have all been pleasant without any issues. Returns have been no hassle and just a great overall experience. I highly recommend signing up with their Leader’s Club to get their deals.

Apr 22,2022Western Bikeworks is, hands down, the ONLY place to get good deals on my tires for my road bikes; I've been using some or another variant of Conti GP 4000 or 5000, and never have had an issue. Recent set of Contis were on backorder and the sales person filled my order with a similar tire, same price, no wait, del'd next day to Spokane. Most appreciative, and I try to save $$ when possible. (-; thx WBW !!! Buy from this company with no reservations, you won't regret!

Apr 29,2022Delivery was quick. The socks to be L/XL but turn out to be size 9-13. XL is usually 14-15. These socks are too small,so not great.
