Feb 08,2022I have been buying bike parts from Western Bikes works for years. They have great deals and a sizable selection. Before I make on online purchase I always check there before pulling the trigger. Shipping is lightening quick and customer service when needed is very responsive and helpful. They also have a great rewards program, which is actually fair and amounts to real saving with out have ing to spend outrageous amounts of money. I always look at my Western Bike Works emails. If you ride a lot, you need stuff and western Bike Works has what you need at great prices.

Feb 08,2022Customer service was excellent in following up with me on an issue in applying my reward points to a recent purchase. Brad left me a voicemail with the details and I followed up with a phone call to ensure that the correct amount was charged to my credit card. It was great to get this level of personal service. With other companies, this type of issue can take weeks to resolve. With Western Bike Works it was just a couple of days. I do like WBW's VIP points program and their cycling products inventory. I recommend them often to my cycling friends.

Jan 27,2022I've used this vendor for my cycling supplies for years and love them (I really like the warehouse sale as well, if it ever happens again!). The warehouse is only about 15 minutes away from my house so I can pick things up there and avoid all shipping costs. Great quality and every time I go into pick up an order there is usually something in the brick and mortar area (shoes, parts, clothing etc.) deeply discounted that I can't resist.

Jan 24,2022Westernbikeworks.com comes through again - I purchased a new bike, and needed some additional components / accessories. I was able to order the pedals I wanted, and get them delivered prior to picking up the bike (the bike shop did not have the desired color available). And I didn't even need to pay for expedited shipping. The shop was able to install them at pickup, so I was able to walk out with the bike ready to go.
