Apr 05,2022I ordered two sale items. A pair of "medium"tights and a small long-sleeved jersey. I usually order "small," but thought I'd be safe. I wasn't even able to get my foot through the leg of the tights, requiring that I return them. The jersey was a keeper. Western Bike Works made the return of the tights infinitely easy. I have ordered many items from them and it is very rare that I need to return anything. I'm thinking the manufacturer of the tights mixed up their sizing labels....

Mar 27,2022I have always gotten good fast service from Western. Free shipping over $50 is also good. Prices are always competitive but if you watch the specials they are frequently excellent. A friend likened the prices to playing the stock market.
