Oct 21,2021Westernbikeworks always has excellent service. I’ve been on a continual quest for road shoes that fit a slightly wider foot but a narrower heel. I’ve tried several different shoes from Western Bikeworks. They offer very easy returns and prompt refund of all but the inexpensive return shipping cost. I will continue to order from Western Bike works. Great selection and service.
