Dec 22,2015I sent a total of 3 or 4 quote requests via email to Whitaker Brothers and my messages were unanswered. After many failed attempts, I got tired and order the items online myself with a credit card. It's too bad that I have to go through them due to my shredder or otherwise, I'd love to give my business elsewhere. Also one of my colleague was rudely yelled at when she called for service on her shredder.

Dec 18,2015I placed my order on Thursday night, December 10, 2015. The folder was delivered by UPS on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. I received my notification email from Whitaker that my order was shipped on Thursday, December 17, 2015. Two days after the order was delivered.

Shredder is very quite compared to our last model so now we'll see if it really can handle 42 sheets at one time? We do push the limit around here! The bag mounting could have been a little better thought out but I'm sure we will get used to it. I will defiantly add Whitaker Brothers to my list of quality company's.
