Also, the 1711 folding machine is AWESOME! (And a competitively wonderful price) Highly recommend working with Whitaker Brothers...over others. Shipping was fast as well! Oct 09,2015I ordered a Platt case from this company on Thursday last week (10/1) and they sent an order confirmation. On Monday I had not gotten a ship confirmation from them. I thought, oh great who have I ordered from. Thinking the worst I sent an email to them and Liz got back to me right away. She gave me the UPS confirmation number and I tracked it. The case was on its way. I would recommend this company to any one looking for a great price on Platt cases and great service.

This store is right out of the 60's with real customer services GREAT QUALITY products and a sense that you actually mean something to them. My Martin Yale 1611 folder machine is AWESOME - had it figured out and working in less than 15 min's. The intense video on line helped prior to purchase. I could not be happier. Buy everything from this place you will be satisfied in my opinion! I have different size letter inserts in our mailings and you can adjust to almost anything (Great folder - excellent price)

Sep 08,2015As far as dealing with John Brown for the folding machine, our experience was just that: Very professional and did what they said they would do. As far as the postal machine goes, have not heard from anyone for almost a week after we sent an inquiry. What is up with this department? Seems to be inconsistency among the company. We can highly recommend the department that handles the folding machine.

Aug 26,2015I placed an online order for a Martin Yale 1611 Folding Machine at 10:46am on Tuesday, August 18th. The folding machine was delivered on Monday, August 24, first thing in the morning. We were able to get it set up and adjusted to our needs quickly. We used it this morning to easily fold around 450 letters very quickly. I researched pricing on this folder and Whitaker Brothers had the best prices and free delivery. What more could you ask?

Aug 24,2015I purchased a Martin Yale BCS410 Business Card Slitter from Whitaker Brothers back around February 2014. It's now August 2015 and my staff could not figure out how to adjust the machine to perform the scoring feature on cardstock. We had the instruction manual but could not figure it out. Went on youtube and nothing. I was panicked because we had a print order that required us to fold invitation cards and we did not want to fold them by hand. I contacted Whitaker Brothers and left a message for the person who might be able to help me. I thought, great! They're on a different time zone and who knows if she'll get back to me today. Not only did she call me back within the hour, she turned my situation over to someone else who called me right away. That person explained a few things about my machine and was also kind enough to email me some instructions. We figured it out and got our print job done in time! I'm really impressed that I got the help I needed so quickly. A lot of companies will have you on hold, will transfer you a few times, then sometimes they don't actually know how to resolve your problem so you waste time and productivity. Excellent store! I purchased the HSM Classtic 80.2 Cross Cut which is of one of the highest rated shredder manufacturers. The shredder has a lifetime warranty on the cutting blades, being of German design or manufacture. I highly recommend a HSM brand shredder to anyone looking for a quality durable shredder.
