Jan 15,2025I would normal give a 5 star review,but this time the pellets arrived very badly stacked , it was lucky the lorry drivers were amazing unloading them a few of the bags were spilt , the pellets were different they were very small and dark , when I telephoned to complain I was told you have a different supplier now and this is how they they come ,your web site still says 6mm and shows the ones we normally have not the ones we received, as I said I am normally very impressed and would always give you 5 stars just disappointed this time

Jan 14,2025Dissapointed that you have changed the pellets (not the name or branding!) The platinum plus pellets previously were much lighter in colour & a little more expensive. I don't mind them being a little more expensive as they were better quality. You haven't changed the price, bag or branding, only the pellets without informing your customers!

Jan 13,2025The whole process did not work for me, though in particular the communication between White Horse and the courier and then the courier and me was very poor. Simply, the delivery was a day late and I wasn't given prior notice of changes or delivery times (I'd requested a book in service). I am unable to be present all day every day, and so I need clear information as to when to expect the delivery.

Jan 13,2025Speedy delivery and good quality firewood but kerbside drop means handballing a full pallet of wood as quickly as possible to clear the footpath, would be better with a grab-style lift or more capable pallet truck to place the pallet off the road/path.
