The order was delivered on time and efficiently unfortunately the wood pellets were extra hard but still ok
Just what we wanted proper dried wood fantastic ,and service was top notch!
I placed my first order with White Horse Energy for some wooden pellets as delivery from my usual supplier is inconsistent and wouldn't arrive before I ran out of pellets. I paid extra for delivery to receive my order on Friday but it never arrived! Looking at the tracking information, it seems like it never even left the depot. I received a call just after 4pm to say that it wouldn't be delivered, but they could deliver it on Saturday between 9-12. I told them that was fine, but I had now run out of pellets completely so had no heating for my 2 children over the weekend and need pellets ASAP. Unfortunately, they still never arrived! I've now been left with no pellets, no heating and no idea if/when they will actually be delivered! I was hoping to use White Horse Energy more often in the future as their delivery options seemed a lot better than my other supplier, but I guess not.

Pellets we're dark brown .take a long time to swell.and quite a few split bags about 7.pallet was broken so man had job getting it off lorry

This was the message from Whitehorse below. Since then an email from "Arnu" has concluded the brush-off. Result, beawre of cancelling, they will email on an address that for me went straight to spam, and then charge for refunding. Good business practice obviously. Sort of puzzled why such an early twentieth century buisness protocol prevails? Anyway the message "It is never our intention to overlook our customers' concerns, and I deeply regret that your cancellation request was not addressed promptly. I understand that receiving the order after attempting to cancel it has caused additional frustration. To resolve this issue, I would like to assist you immediately. Would be 5 stars as product is good quality however when put on pallets which have nails we always lose a couple of bags of product out of 65 and 3-4 ripped. This time there was no wrapping on the top which meant water entered ripped bags and caused wood pellets to swell and ruin.

White Horse Energy is a professional company to deal with. It has an efficient ordering service and communication is excellent. We choose ecoblaze briquettes as they come boxed so no plastic. They are perfect for our wood burner.
Great service have been using white horse for years only issue is the delivery drivers now new contract is in place we have had damage to our verges and front driveway last delivery contractors were much better this however doesnt deter from the excellent product and service but needs feeding back .
Delivery came on day requested and I was informed of expected delivery time backed up with a phone call from the driver, whom was amazingly helpful and pleasant. The wood was of a high standard and a good burn. Always have a good service from this company and service from their delivery carrier.

Easy to order and delivery was prompt. Only downside is the pallet truck used to get the pallet off the delivery lorry is not suitable for a full pallet and we had to unload some of the bags so the pallet truck could manage the load.
Previous deliveries have been good. However the new delivery partner they use for wood pellets in our area is very poor. I tried to let White Horse Energy Customer Service Manager know about this but they defended this poor service and did not wish to take on board my feedback about what had happened. Instead they tried to tell me that my property was not suitable for the delivery lorries bringing a tonne of pallets! We never have a problem with much bigger deliveries and lorries. Suggest they start trusting the customer and not Goggle Maps!
