Dec 31,2024They take your order give order number then email and you ask them for your delivery day and its actually delivered in that day. Drivers are really helpful and polite as well. Highly recommend

Dec 30,2024Would have been excellent value for money, however approx 4 bags at the bottom of the pallet were split, so there was some wastage . Thankfully I managed to salvage most of the spillage .

Dec 30,2024Sadly no communication with delivery at all so waited in all day for nothing, rescheduled then it arrived unannounced on a random day? Firewood is excellent so cant go wrong there once you got it ok, cut really well to chosen size, dried, no waste or rubbish. Driver managed to get my pallet onto drive which was really helpful.

Dec 30,2024Ordering by phone was helpful and the administrator made sure I had the right size transport delivery for my narrow access road. My order arrived on time and I was kept informed by phone and email at each step of the way. My pellets arrived well packaged on a new pallet with protective cardboard corners to help prevent damage

Dec 29,2024This was a special offer deal, better than any other company and able to be delivered on 23Dec. Added to this was the quality and dryness of the wood. We’ve had some crackingly good fires over Christmas, our living room has not been this warm in a long while. Delivery was painless as it was a cubic pallet load all completely wrapped to keep dry. Not all that environmentally friendly as kiln dried but this was the only down side. Would use them again if the price remained so competitive.
