Oct 21,2024Order for pellets to provide heating and HW for my home normally takes about one week. It has been 3 weeks and still no delivery. I asked for a delivery or refund of money paid on 02 October by today and have received neither.

Oct 21,2024I've used White Horse before and their wood is good quality but the delivery service is very poor. The wood was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday and did not arrive. There was no communication so I called the company and re-arranged for Friday. Again there was no communication and the wood did not arrive. White Horse said they would look into it, but never called back. I managed to track down the delivery depot, who said it was never being delivered on Friday, so I cancelled the order. Last time I ordered it did come on time but using parcel delivery services for this sort of product just does not work in general. We have a gravel drive which a little trolley can't get on.

Oct 21,2024Quick turnaround for the order with the courier delivering a day earlier than planned. There's a good range of sizes of logs in the crate but quite a lot that are too big in depth for our 4KW burner.

Oct 20,2024I received the delivery 1day earlier than advised and it was only chance my wife heard a vehicles reversing sound. I also didn’t receive a call from the courier to say it was on route. I’m happy with the product and would recommend to others.

Oct 20,2024Have tried several suppliers and find White Horse to be the best logs by a significant margin. The selection of sizes is perfect and the crates are impeccably stacked to optimise content . Unfortunately, their service is not the best, especially if there are problems with delivery through their sub-contracted hauliers. It can be difficult to get through by phone and email response is sporadic. However, the superior quality of the product definitely outweighs the occasional delivery niggle. We do live in the sticks which doesn't help delivery .

Oct 19,2024Ordering the pallet of wood is easy online and now you can book a slot for the day you want it delivered by the couriers. Customer services were very helpful when I rang them with a query. Be aware that the wood arrives in a large lorry so if you have a driveway which it needs to go down it can cause a problem but the carriers were good at sorting it out.

Oct 19,2024The product is great quality ... but totally let down by the delivery. Part orders received from both White Horse Energy and its sister company EcoBlaze. No pre-warning of the pallet delivery of firewood ... just turns up out of the blue which is not necessarily appropriate if the pallet needs to be put directly into storage. Only one pallet arrived - thankfully I noted only one pallet on the signature for the driver - office did not appear aware of the part-delivery and outstanding product. Still waiting for 2/3 of the EcoBlaze delivery! This is a premium product but stock control and logistics have totally let it down. I have had to reorganise 3 days work to be able to receive the 2 pallets to date. EcoBlaze ... where is the rest of my order?????
