Apr 19,2025Ordering was easy and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I’ve ordered from White Horse before and have always found them courteous and efficient. The wood they supply is of really good quality and burns well.

Apr 19,2025White Horse Energy has always delivered swiftly, the logs are really dry. Delivery updates are helpful and the driver of the lorry or van always drop the pallets at a place that is convenient. I find the logs in paper bags or sacks are easiest to move into my garage. Buying large crates in the spring when on sale gives me best value at under 50p per KG. The logs are good size and quality, further splitting is easy if you want more smaller pieces. I have my logs for next winter already.

Apr 18,2025I've used WHE for over 10 years with no problems. I have restricted access and the road is on a slope, but there are areas to unload. The world isn't flat and it's rural areas that need this type of product most! I've been told WHE will no longer deliver due to the inflexibility of the new delivery company. I'm more than disappointed.

Apr 11,2025Appalling Customer Service. Used to be excellent but my latest experience was awful. I think they may have changed delivery companies. I will never use this firm again ‘Response to Whitehorse Reply” Their response fails to mention that they told me the initial delivery would be dropped off at the end of the day, waited until 19:00 but it didn’t arrive. When I contacted them again they said they would email me a new date - they did not. I came home the next day to find it had been dropped on my drive so hard that the bottom of the pallet collapsed so it all had to be manually unloaded as the logs at the bottom were on the drive. I am in my mid sixties and awaiting ankle replacement surgery. When I couldn’t find the Firelighters and pointed out a huge hole in the middle of the stack (photos provided) they told me they had obviously been stolen from my drive and that I was responsible as I had agreed to the delivery - this was not true. Nothing had been stolen, there was one box that had fallen into the middle of the stack and the logs had collapsed to the floor leaving the gap in the stack. They did not send 2 boxes mas ordered. I could go on, but why bother? I have nothing to gain from writing this review. I will never use them again. I would give 0 stars if possible.
