Delivery slot was booked for Monday 6 January. Delivery was a no-show - at no time was I advised that the delivery was not going to happen. Spoke to White Horse customer services, who apologised and advised that I would be contacted to rearrange delivery. Instead, the delivery turned up unannounced on my doorstep, and I had to close up at work and rush home to accept it. ~15 of the bags were split, many of them on the interior of the pallet load - so apparently shipped in poor condition, not damaged in transit. I contacted customer services again: no explanation for this, no offer to investigate what happened, no attempt to put it right. I can accept that mistakes happen - but when you make a mistake, own it and fix it. When you make two mistakes in a row, you need to work hard to make it up. When you make this many mistakes, and do nothing to rectify them - you should consider whether you really have the capacity to offer the service you claim to offer.
Order taken and date set for delivery. Delivery failed due to snow but new safe date set and met without any problem. Order completed fully.

Purchased 50 x 15kg bags of pellet burner at a great price, website was easy to use, and clear concise information. The delivery arrived on time and communication from beginning to end was perfect, even the delivery driver was superb. Definitely be using them again and have no qualms recommending them to others, great product, great price and great service.

The pallet too weak for weight of load , fell apart. Driver had to improvise , & it took him longer to unload. Having said that I find the product really good
This company is always my first choice. Great delivery times ordered on a Thursday delivered on the next Monday, wood burns well we always use oak.

Well apparently this company doesn’t exist anymore according to their sales team due to a buyout deal. That would explain a jump of £100 on the aspen briquettes in less than 8 months. Then refused to refund credit in cash forcing me to take another product over double the price that was of no better quality, in fact most were broken. Enjoy the few quid you fleeced from me as you’ve now lost thousands from the years to come and my recommendations previously I gave out. Very short sited business attitude.
Unfortunately your delivery driver Was very unhelpful. Dumping the pallet in the road . Wouldn’t move his lorry to outside the barn which was on the same road. We had to move the whole pallet by hand in the dark on a road . Not the service I would have expected

My order took over a week to arrive which has never happened before. Had to telephone twice to find out what the delay was and got the impression that if I hadn't phoned a second time after a week had passed I would still be waiting with an empty log shed. Hasn't put me off ordering from you but not happy on this occasion.
