Dec 28,2024Would have been a five but dropped a mark because the delivery was too quick!! Should have been on the Monday but arrived on the Friday and only good fortune meant we arrived home to move them under cover just before it started raining. The plastic covering would not have prevented the eco logs being soaked.

Dec 28,2024I waited in on three separate occasions to receive my delivery. Didn’t come on any of the days and it had to be me to chase the company to find out why. On the second attempt, I was offered a small refund which I never received. And a promise that it’ll definitely be here the next day. Waited in again. No delivery. No communication

Dec 27,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: It is with regret that I am writing this review of this company who sold me a tonne of wet pellets the week before Christmas and then went out of their way to make things so difficult to return them, in the end I gave up. Their 'Customer Care Manager' Karen made me send photos of every single bag to them to show they were damaged, I also sent another email of photos of the boiler not working properly as further evidence - still not enough. Upon chasing a response again I was told I would have to re pallet them and organise a kerb side pickup. After they had been received back at the warehouse they would be checked by a quality control person and I would be charged fees for restocking. This happened over the course of 10 days just before Christmas. I had informed them that i just wanted the money back for the pellets that were left- not the full amount. It would been very easy to just replace them, or take them back and refund me... Karen claimed that this never happens and they are superb pellets- well they certainly cost enough being the most expensive pellets currently on the market. If this is the case why make it so difficult to return a bad batch. But no- they had no intention of helping out. Now i'm stuck with a tonne of duff pellets that are clogging up my boiler of the festive break. I have used SDL pellets before who are cheaper and way better quality than White Horse who have lost my business for sure. Considering I buy 10 tonnes per year it's pretty stupid of them as they have lost thousands in purchases from me every year. Don't waste your time using them - they are overpriced rubbish.
