Dec 02,2024Initial order was cancelled. Subsequent order was not delivered on the date booked. Third delivery attempt was confirmed for early afternoon and came at 18:30. All very difficult as it’s curb side delivery so I need to be there to remove it to my property

Nov 30,2024Appaling-had 3 succesful deliveries in past,with known delivery requirements.For both White Horse and Zebra deliveries (you had apparently chaged delivery companies )a huge pantectnon arrived and the driver stated tell them uou need the 7.5 ton lorry I cannot deliver down your drive.I received a call staing that as I had CANCELLED the orders an £80 fee would be taken between both companies. Treatment was shoddy and aggressive.

Absolutely disgusting service. I have had 3 different delivery dates given to me and was assured it would be delivered today 22/11/2024 between 12:21 and 14:21 checked there tracking number at 13: 40 with the following: The delivery driver has put on the tracking "unable to deliver" they were told to telephone prior to arriving in the area so I could give direction to my garage where the wood is to be stored. Sat patiently waiting for the call no one rang or approached my door. I spoke to the haulage cowmpy twice giving and I told them the postcode on the order was missing a digit but they did not correct it. White Horse Energy have agreed to cancel my order with a deduction of £42.00 for haulage cost a small price to pay to get rid of them Don't go near them is my advice Just to prove how inept this company are they arranged a refund as requested and the delivery company telephoned me today 25/11/24 at. 12:15 to tell me he was outside my home with my consignment if logs!!!!!!!!! INCREDIBLE.MY REVIEW NOW -10

Nov 29,2024When you order anything online, you want it to be exactly what you hoped for and to arrive promptly. White Horse Energy did not disappoint. A palette of kiln-dried oak logs arrived within days of my order. The delivery driver was also first rate.

Nov 29,2024First delivery was delayed by a " ship encountering strong winds" off Gravesend. Communication after this was not up to standard. Higher rating would have been given, if the company could spell 'below' (it's not 'bellow'!!!
