Nov 28,2024My pallet of pellets was delivered on a broken lightweight totally inadequate pallet, was not suitable for nearly a tonne of weight. This resulted in the whole load of pellets ending up on the floor when they were moved the following day. Broken bags and wasted wood pellets all over the floor!

Nov 26,2024I was very disappointed with the quality of the ash that was sent about 60% of the wood was sap and bark now ,I know that you will not get all heart wood I do think that you pay enough for it and it should be good fire wood the sap and bark burns very fast and it is advertised as a long burning wood,I have had lots of crates from white horse and all ways been good but this time it was just rubbish I would say that the logs in the middle was brushed off the floor

Nov 26,2024Came two days later than we were told to expect it , lorry was to big to turn into our driveway, a problem they had been warned about. The pallet was broken, so had to be handled twice.

Nov 26,2024Delivery was very good, helpful driver. The fact that I was contacted by Pallex the day before meant I could remind them that I needed a 7.5 tonne lorry which seemed to be a slight surprise. I haven't started burning the pellets yet so no comment on quality.

Nov 26,2024Very helpful staff and excellent communication. They wanted to deliver a couple of days earlier and they gave me the information I needed to make necessary arrangements. The driver was superb and wheeled the crate straight into the garage. The wood is of an excellent quality and burns beautifully. I will use them again and would definitely recommend.

Nov 25,2024Great quality wood. Packed very tightly , not just tipped in so maximum for the money. Only gripe is delivery. Pallet trolley delivery, not HIAB truck meant could only be delivered on the front of the drive and had to be moved straight away. Other than that, amazing 👍
