Good value for money. Easy to purchase. Unfortunately delivery tracking is none existent. Would have been nice to choose date of delivery and track progress. However the delivery driver was great and rang just before he arrived. He was very polite and was happy to help put our delivery were needed. Wood is excellent.

Excellent service,arrived quickly My only concern is that the courier service would probably have left the full crate at the bottom of the drive if I hadn't been in on delivery.

A problem arose with a changed delivery date, but the company put it right as soon as I mentioned it! The delivery driver was most helpful and considerate. Thanks for excellent customer service.

The website would not enable me to complete my order, so I had to phone it through instead. There is no option for leaving delivery instructions, which is necessary if you don’t live in the most accessible location. Actual delivery date changed from expected, which was less convenient for me. Then despite a call early morning saying it definitely wasn’t arriving that day, I later received call from driver trying to locate my address & I had to return home to ensure he delivered to the right location. The entire process was frustrating for me & the driver, it was not as efficient as previously. The company must have been taken over & the hauliers changed. Much better communication is required. Following my review here I have since been contacted by the customer service manager, who was very apologetic, credited my account with a compensatory amount & agreed the process & communication must be better. I feel that was an appropriate response so have improved my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Two niggles. Booked a delivery for a Friday , with a smaller van . Turned up on a Wednesday without warning, in a lorry. Also , introduced a neighbour who placed an order , but was told he couldn’t get the shared discount for the referral.

The wood was well stacked and good quality. We live on a narrow road, so they were unable to deliver on the expected date, and communication around this was not good. However, we got in touch and the next delivery date went without any issues.

Ordering easy, delivery on time, quality fine ,need to manage or will burn too fast. Will I order again, of course so long as you don’t hike the prices too much! Thanks.

My logs arrived a day early well wrapped in a secure crate. The driver was very helpful and together we wheeled the crate into my garage , which saved me at least a couple hours work ! The price was lower than other suppliers I viewed.
